Safe to say I was having a panic attack the whole time. First off we love our doctor, Dr.Moore. We created a good relationship with him which made it easier to talk to him and put my trust into the situation. All the nurse we had (Alba, Michelle, Anna, Anissa) were amazing and listened to me and my concerns. I'll never forget any of them and appreciate them all. Plus this is all during a pandemic. Not just typical office furniture that you would find in a clinic. The office staff and nurses were very friendly and compassionate. As an OB patient I was treated with the utmost respect. For the short time I was a patient I felt that they were not just working a job but they truly cared about mine and my babies well being. Dr. Loredo was very thorough as a Dr. he explained everything to me and answered all my questions and concerns. He respected my beliefs and never forced any medical interventions that I was uncomfortable or unsure of. I was leaning towards a natural childbirth experience in a hospital setting and that is what I got. Overall Dr. Loredo is a wonderful OB and his staff is A++ in my book. If I have another child in the future I will definitely go back to Dr. Loredo. This was my 4th child and I have had not so great experiences with other OB's and clinics in the area.

Providers or their MA's tell you to login into mychart for prescription refills and appointment scheduling. 3 days later I still have no responses to any of the 3 emails for my prescription refill. Even the call center for appointments cannot get in touch with the clinics front desk... that tells you a lot in itself. Appointments that can be scheduled via mychart is for vaccinations only so that doesn't help. The urgent care? Haha Don't bother. You'll pay 3-500 for them to take Your temperature and weight. Prescribe a medication that doesn't even help you and without testing anything to see if that's what you have. I am Already looking for a new provider at a different place. 0 stars.

She told me that Dr. Reddy was one of the worst doctors she'd ever seen. First off, she told my mom how fat she was which at the time my mom probably only needed to lose 15 to 20 pounds. Then during the exam Dr. Reddy was very rough, and shoved the speculum in without using any KY gel. My mom told her that it was hurting, and Dr. Reddy just ignored her. Listen to the reviews.
