Rick came out and measured, provided a quote and answered a few quetions along the way. He and his wife, Beth were able to advise us on what flooring would best meet the needs of our family. The installers were friendly and professional and got the job done in two days (Living Room / Dining Room). They offer financing, which was nice - things were smooth every step of the way. They even gave us a complimentary microfiber floor mop and cleaning solution. We'll be using them again in a few years when our upstairs needs the carpet replaced. * * * * *

That's because their expertise and large selection is what matters the most to me. We are new to DIY landscaping and good help and advice is priceless. Several YouTube channels warn against buying plants at HD or Lowes.... and despite their good return guarantees, I waste too much time looking for help and getting the advice I need, and it's a huge pain in the rear to have to dig-up dead plants and return them and then replant them. Trevor Truesdell and his team moved us today from Kent to a couple storage lockers in Mentor. I was…read morevery nervous about this move because it was the first time my wife and I have moved out of a full blown house rather than an NYC micro apartment. It was also our first time hiring a moving company rather than doing it all ourselves. This time though, it was a 4 bedroom house along with a full garage and other various outdoor items. My family and my wife's family have both used Truesdell Moving for many many years and had nothing but the best to say about the company and crew. My grandmother said she had worked with them when Trevor's grandfather ran the company, and then his dad, and now we worked with Trevor. The reputation of the company in the community has remained top notch through the years and for my first time ever working with a moving company I can say I'm nothing but impressed. Our move required four men and two 26' trucks and of course we had a snow storm the night before the move. When the team arrived they assessed the move room by room with me and quickly got to work. They worked tirelessly without pause until the entire house was loaded into the trucks. We were so thankful and beyond impressed when one of the guys brought us a ring that he'd found behind one of the beds. The ring is my sister-in-law's which she had been missing for months and was beyond ecstatic to hear it was found. This speaks volumes for the company and the crew on many levels. The guys were very careful with our belongings and made a very hard job look so easy. They loaded our entire house in what I'd call record time. Once the trucks were loaded the crew had to bring everything to Mentor and attempt to pack everything into an undersized indoor unit. This proved even more challenging because the unit was located down a hallway in a building, and it was then evening with the temps dropping to 15 degrees and below. After a long hard day of non-stop labor, the crew marched on tirelessly and managed to pack the unit completely full from ceiling to floor, wall to door. Overall I wasn't sure what to expect when hiring movers for the first time, but I can confidently say that Trevor and his team at Truesdell Moving far exceeded my expectations. The crew was extremely professional, friendly, moved at speeds that I only thought Superman could, and were able to completely move our entire 4 bedroom house into storage with over and hour drive between destinations in a day. I would highly recommend these guys for any moving needs and I will definitely be calling them again this spring when we are ready to move out of storage and into our new house. Their pricing cannot be matched by a company of this caliber and I'm almost completely certain that this has been the best money we've ever spent. They really took the stress of moving down many notches. Don't be influenced by the one bozo who decided to leave a one star review. It's common curiously to tip a moving crew and after a long hard day of back breaking physical labor the least you can do is tip the crew who carefully moved your most cherished belongings with the utmost caution. If anything, her review simply reflects her own ungraciousness rather than the quality of the company. Especially if you can't pack items properly and expect a company to replace items for your own indolence. Many thanks and five stars to the crew, we are looking forward to working with them again this spring!

After finally getting him to come back out, (which took nearly a year), he advised me that our flooring had been discontinued due to the poor quality. He took pictures and advised me a couple of months later the floor had been approved to be replaced by the company he purchased it from. After him not responding again for months I decided to go to the Company he told me he got the flooring from and try and take care of it myself. After going there and mentioning his name and explaining to them the details I was then told they had no idea what I was talking about and that my flooring didn't come from them. I then contacted and sent pictures of the damaged floor to Mannington (flooring brand company) and they said if I could provide them with proof of where the floor came from they would replace it as it was under a 25 year warranty. I spent another 3/6 months messaging Elias and leaving him voice messages asking him to please provide me the name of where he purchased the floor from so I could have Mannington replace it. Elias never provided me any information and ghosted me which was despicable and beyond disappointing. After looking back I realized he did not even provide me with a receipt or a job number as we paid him cash. After months passing and him still ignoring my messages I decided to seek legal representation and an active lien has been placed on his business.
