I forgot how I stumbled across @barndoorsmoreinc, but I began to follow them because of their craftsmanship and quality of work. I'm rather picky when it comes to choosing decor and things I'd like done to my home. I was in the market for purchasing a new home, it was a new build, and having been following @barndoorsmoreinc I had envisioned my new home as a farmhouse style home. I began to show my wife, and we began to see the route we would be taking. My wife contacted Roxana, Roxana was quick to reply, and soon we had an appointment to meet and begin the process. Roxana ensured we knew exactly what we were looking at when looking at our options of wood, finishes, and hardware. We told her our vision, and she also gave her valuable input if what we wanted would look good and so on. She was never pushy, and didn't try to upsell anything whatsoever. She made the entire process hassle free. She was there to answer any of our questions or concerns throughout the entire process. Her husband Mike was also very helpful in explaining the types of wood and etcetera. Initially we sent them the measurements of the areas we were looking to have doors and etc, but Roxana wanted to make sure that it was done properly since it was a new home stop being built, and the house wasn't complete yet when we sent them the measurements. They went to our home that was being built to ensure proper measurements were taken, to see which way the doors we wanted would open, and to ensure everything we wanted done was taken care of. They could have just gone off of our measurements and done the work, and if it was incorrect it would have been our fault, but her customer service and dedication to her business and craft shows as she went the extra mile to drive two hours to our home. As they worked on our order, they kept us informed, and would check in with us. When it came time to install they ensured everything was ready to go. They installed it in a timely fashion, and were very clean in doing so. We had a big order, which wasn't what we intended, but if you see their work, well let's just say we added more through the process. I would explain piece by piece, but the pictures explain it. Once they installed they checked every piece, and they themselves pointed out two minor defects in paint. They immediately contacted their painter and had him at our house within a couple of days. Everything turned out perfect. We enjoy the internal view of our home because of their work and how they take pride in their craftsmanship. We receive many compliments when we have guests, and I mean come on... anyone with taste would compliment their work. I still keep in contact with them, and recently reached out for some more work. The next project is in the works. I trust them, their judgement, and their work. I highly recommend them, I can personally testify that they are amazing, and great people to work with. May they continue to prosper in their business. Go check them out, give them a follow, and book them for their amazing work! P.S. They are military and law enforcement friendly!!!
