The owner knew and diagnosed our problem over the phone and said he'd be out in 20 minutes. He and his able assistant arrived in 19. They reset the microcontrol, double checked their repair. He had no supplies with and because he was so late the RV store up the road was closed. Used our duck tape to tape up the supply line, said it was ok to use until replaced. He then try to charge us $300.00. Gave him $250.00 and he was supposed to come back and fix it. Never heard from him again, texted him as we had to fix it ousrlves because when we came back to camper the following weekend we turned on water and it flooded our bathroom. Asked him to make it right and return some of our money and nothing. HE IT IS NOT A REPAIR MAN OR HE WOULD HAVE MATERIALS WITH HIM AND WOULDNT TAKE HOURS TO FIX SOMETHING THAT ENDED UP TAKING MY HUBAND AN HOUR!!
