When I got to the plaza, didn't see the name of the market so I asked around and found out it was around back of the building. I walked in one of the first things that I noticed was the place was neat, and I didn't notice that classic "seafood smell " we all know about. The two owners were very gracious and showed me around. I called prior to coming there and ask them for fresh whole grouper, snapper and lobster tails. Upon arriving, the owners proceeded to open up freezer cabinets and showed me an abundance of snapper and grouper varieties in the whole fish category. Looking at the eyes of the fish, you could tell they were super fresh, just the way us seafood buyers like them. I did have them fillet, scale, and butterfly some of my fish while I was there. I also purchased pre- frozen lobster tails had them the next night for dinner absolutely So tasty.. Here is my pro tip of the day : The afternoon I was there, I saw the sign they had a GROUPER FISH SANDWICH with fries and a drink for $10. (The only thing I'm missing is a picture). Please call them to check if they have fresh stone crab. They also sell frozen stone crab. But the fresh stone crab is the best. You can immediately eat them. The meat is fresh and fiber. Yum.
