Awesome selection of fun stuff. Checkout the gummy alcohol pieces. Eat your drink. 5 percent per gummy. Lots of great balsamic vinegar flavors. Try the fig balsamic and the espresso balsamic. Very awesome. You can also order online at figandjulep.com 813-250-6132 member of the ancient olive family

Such a cute little shop filled with an assortment of jams, oils and everything in between. We were greeted by the staff immediately, and asked if we needed help. We shopped around and ended up getting some truffle oil, bacon oil, truffle Mac and cheese mix and some Wedding soup mix. Everything was reasonable in price. We will definitely be going back

What a cute shop full of amazing olive oils, vinegars, olives and more goodies for your home!! We were browsing and found a Bloody Mary mix that is bacon flavored so of course we had to purchase to give that a try. They also carry truff hot sauce which is super popular right now and sells out quickly so I was super happy to be able to purchase while they have it in stock! They have these drums that's are full of the oils and vinegars and the signs say you can taste/take samples. The flavors range from savory (bacon), to florals and sweet. I would have loved for the two employees to help us with the samples so we could have tasted a few of the oils but that did not happen while we were in the store. They also offer chocolates, sauces, pastas and more so if you are in the area check this store out! Any of these items would make a great gift or great to have in your home!

What a wonder shop! Haven't been to an olive oil shop on years, and I forgot how much I loved them. It is so much fun trying the different flavors. The service at fig & julep is great. I tried several different flavors and after I made my selections she asked if I wanted to try more. I never felt rushed. It was a enjoyable shopping experience in a shop with great products. My suggestion: blood orange olive oil and black mission fig balsamic.

Lots of selections when it comes to olive oils and balsamic vinegar with some cured meats and cheeses. A must see store when in Hyde Park.

We entered and checked in at the host of stand and regretted promptly and sat right away for our reservation at 5:30. Our server Nicole was extremely pleasant and gave us absolutely fantastic recommendations. They have happy hour on food and drinks until 6 PM which we were unaware of as well before we made the reservation. It was a very pleasant surprise. The happy hour is not only on drinks but full sized menu items that include appetizers and entrees as well as drinks. We took advantage of the situation in order our cocktails before 6 o'clock. I opted to start with the lemon cello apeol spritz and ended with the pistachio espresso martini. That may have been one of the best espresso martinis I've ever tasted it in my life and I've been to Italy to drink them! When I say do not pass up on the trio of dip for the focaccia bread- OMG-this sounds like such a simple appetizer, but it is done with precision and elegance, and the dips are absolutely amazing. We did take most of the bread home and put it in the air fryer the next day it holds up to a restaurant quality standard. We also ordered the chicken Parmesan and the meatball sliders. I will say the chicken Parmesan sliders for exceeded the meatball sliders. The meatballs needed a tad bit more seasoning for my liking. Because her eyes are bigger than our stomachs, we ordered three entrées between the two of us . The carpe de Pepe pasta, the margarita pizza, and the Sweet Jamie Kay pizza. When ordering pizza you have two options to get fluffy area dough or a thin crisp dough we chose both pizzas to be fluffy and airy type. The pasta was served al denti which is not my favorite, but nothing was wrong with the dish. The sweet Jamie Kay pizza was absolutely mouthwatering. The slight drizzle of honey paired with a type of meat on top of the pizza makes me want it every day. We had plenty leftovers to eat lunch the next day . Taylor was stellar in her service and the ambience of the restaurant was very authentic.

We had a much better experience for the rest of the meal. Food-wise, we ended up sharing a simple cheese pizza with some meatballs and some rigatoni pasta with the garlic sauce. We also had to get the famous 100 year old yeast made sourdough which was amazing! Loved the pizza with some ricotta on top. Meatballs were juicy and pasta had a subtle cheese taste that wasn't too heavy. Tried out the pistachio gelato as well, wasn't quite the flavor we enjoy but the creaminess was very quality. Will be back to try out brunch.

As we searched for a spot, I remembered Jay Luigi brought food to our office a few times and it was really good. We pulled in, ordered a pizza and pasta with Impossible meatballs on the side, and sat. Though the ordering system is fast casual, once you're seated, the vibe is full service. Prompt drink refills, clearing plates, etc. It was so good, as soon as we left on Sunday we knew we were hitting Jay Luigi again. Different pizza and pasta, both spectacular. Limoncello dessert was phenomenal. Great place!

No appetizer, no bread, no dessert, no alcohol. It was good but not for that price in my opinion. I feel like you can get two decent steaks for that price - because when you really lay out the ingredients for what we ordered and the cost, it's very simple and doesn't cost too much to make. I found it jarring to pay that much money for ordering at a counter and for the portion amount. The staff was friendly, and its smaller in there than I expected. Luckily we found a table for two but I'd personally be hesitant to go there with a larger group. It's not like it was bad, it just didn't blow me out of the water to justify that price tag for two again.

Ever since going to Armature, DalMoros has always been a staple for my family. One of the cool things about DalMoros is the fairly simple menu and selection path. You pick your pasta and the sauce to go with. This is always desired compared to a super extensive and overwhelming menu. The pasta is always a hit with the little ones. The most recent combination was the penne and cacio e pepe - just the perfect base flavor compared to the tangy and sometimes spicier options. When it comes to freshness, freshly made pasta at the site appears to be one of the pillars of the DalMoros business model. You can't go wrong with this as it is cooked to al dente perfection. As others mentioned, there usually isn't a line - and if there is, the staff is able to manage it fairly well such that you can place your order and pick your made-to-order meal within a relatively good time. Would definitely recommend DalMoros if you're ever feeling up for Italian, or just want something hassle free for the kids.

When I went to go check what happened - they gave my order to someone else without checking their number since I still had my buzzer number. Once they remade my order, it was the wrong pasta type and cheese. I was starving at this point - so I just took it. Once about halfway through the sauce ended and the rest of the pasta was watery. The only reason why I got midway through it, was because I spent $21 on one plate and I was starving. Staff did give 3 free meatballs and a tiramisu to make up for the inconvenience and that did help. I don't like tiramisu so my boyfriend ate it and he said it didn't have a lot of flavor and threw it away after a couple bites. I spoke to other people waiting for the food and they also said it was a long wait as well. I don't know if they had issues with the system or if someone was in training. They said the fettuccine was out but I saw like half of a tray on the counter? Not sure if that was meant for online orders or whatever but it was in poor taste to leave it out as it lead to disappointment. Two stars for the free meatballs as they had decent flavor, sauce was fine, lukewarm (that is being generous) even though they had JUST SERVED IT. Won't be coming back.

Yes, there is tons of food made in the US too but it's a good variety. You won't find everything that you find at a standard grocery store here. Off the top of my head I couldn't find Greek yogurt, cottage cheese or nut butter, but what you do find is spectacular. We got pasta and pasta sauce imported from Italy, frozen ravioli from New York, coffee beans from Italy, bread from local bakeries, and my husband loved the coke from Mexico with real sugar. We also grabbed cannolis from their deli. They have a substantial wine and butcher area. Also a a good selection of ready made foods. This place is hidden, but the parking lot is big. The chicken breasts that were on sale were gatgantuan. I have never seen chicken breasts so large. The wings smelled bad when I got home to package to freeze. I had to toss 10 lbs. The reason I went was for the chicken sale. I am not risking food poisoning. The prices on most grocery items were actually higher than Publix. For specialty Italian items, the selection was just good. I did find guanciale and pancetta. Honestly, I would rather go to Mazzaro's or Moschella's. Their service is much better, and they have much more specialty items, plus they are cleaner and don't sell old nasty food.

They also offer complimentary valet, and you can even Venmo a tip, which made arrival and departure super easy. At the end of our meal, someone even came to box up our food for us--we didn't have to do it ourselves. Very old school NY!!! Top-tier service. As for the food: the oysters we had were flavorful, and the garlic bread selection was soft and not overly heavy on the garlic. My friend ordered the scallops with risotto and crispy prosciutto, and I ordered the special chicken Parmesan with a side of spaghetti in a lemon sauce that they suggested.
