Occasionally I have my dogs groomed there, knowing they cancel without contacting me, and miss hair matts behind my dogs'ears and underneath but I was desperate. Today was the worst . I had a 5 pm appt to discover the groomer did not show and sorry but someone was supposed to call you. Ok.. I can deal with that. What could I say! But then she said oh, I think you made the appt for tomorrow at 5. Nope. I .did .not. I said I couldn't have. So I left.
