On a return trip I'll have to try their Vietnamese coffee. Food wise I've had the sausage egg and cheese on a bagel and a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. They are simple and decent sized with simple folded egg patties and cheddar cheese on average bagels. The sausage had a little spicy kick and the bacon was pretty tasty (NOTE: they do offer pork roll as an option). I was given some hot sauce packets to go. You can also get sandwiches on a croissant. The rest of the menu is simple - toasts, sandwiches, salads, some items for the kids. They do sell their private label coffee beans in retail bags and will grind them for you. We left clothes, bedding, toys, applicances, so many things those big drop boxes do not take. This will def be my go to in the future. Even though the web was glitchy and there were not pick up dates in near future, this was 5 stars based on how easy/efficient/and nice the worker was. She even apologized saying in future they can do pick ups but at the moment there was an employee shortage and some out sick.

After my cousin finally navigated their delayed communication from the start, she clearly and politely communicated that the dog wasn't the right fit. She apologized and moved on, only to be hit with a rude, confrontational text message from the rescue over a month later. It is completely unacceptable for a professional organization to sit on a communication for weeks only to resurface with hostility. This level of delayed, aggressive 'follow-up' shows a total lack of internal organization and basic courtesy. If they are this reactive and unprofessional with potential adopters, I have serious concerns about how they manage their records, their vetting process, and the placement of their dogs. A rescue's goal should be to build bridges to find dogs homes, not to burn them with petty messages weeks after the fact. It's a shame, as the dogs are the ones who ultimately suffer when a rescue is run this poorly.
