    Our kitty!

Our beautiful cat may have eaten something suspicious! We took him to The Bridge Clinic and it couldn't have been a more pleasant experience under such stressful conditions. Everyone was so kind, professional and welcoming. It is clear that they are creating an environment where the animals are the top priority. The admins truly care about the health and safety of all animals. I made an appointment for my other cat and feel so good about it! Kudos to The Bridge Clinic and their mission!

Great animal clinic took my little Benny there for treatment and he was happy when he left.

Wow what a great experience. Great rates. Extremely affordable. My kitten was spayed March 9th and today is March 28th. Her scar is barely visible! The vet is absolutely brilliant that did her procedure. Shes pure bred Siberian and they explained the difference with anesthesia etc so throughly. The staff I dealt with was absolutely warm and caring. Thank you guy! Cant not be more grateful for the care and love.

We had our dogs vaccinated there and they quoted us one price and charged us a significantly higher one. False advertising!

She had been ill but then the pain became so great that she began to suffer. I called Willingboro Vet where we take our dogs for checkups etc. They gave me an appt for the same day. They were really nice and accommodating when explaining the process and allowing my children and I to mentally process what was about to happen. I never thought that I would feel so deeply for my dog. I cried and literally found myself falling apart. The Vet technicians were so kind, compassionate and patient. They provided a variety of treats and a chocolate kiss as her last treat and told us to take our time and take as many treats as we like for our dog. We spent approximately 30 mins talking, petting and hugging our dog. Then we decided to step aside to do what was necessary. We held her until her last breath crying and sniffling while trying to console one another. This was a sad dad for us but it was best. The vet offered us imprints of her paws which we graciously accepted. They use these round clay discs to press which ever paw(s) you like. I decided to make them into ornaments so I put a whole in the 4 discs and baked them 10mins. Per the instructions. The next step is to pain them. Although this was a sad occasion I must say that Willingboro Veterinary was so kind and understanding. The service we chose cost $272.00. Great service!

The person who took him and…read moreher adult son brought him to this place because apparently they know someone who works here. They asked that the dog be cremated. That's where the problem began because they had no proof of ownership. Of course they didn't because I have proof of ownership. Nevertheless, this place accepted his body and was getting ready to have him cremated until they couldn't. When I went to pick my dog up, he was in a bag with a tag on it that had the last name of the person that had brought him in. They had to turn him over to me because I had proof of ownership. But, I only knew he was there because of Police involvement. If the police had not notified me where he was, whoever they know on the inside at this hospital would've ended up having my dog cremated and I would not have known where he is. They really need to have a strong talk with their personnel.

There have been some weird things here and there but no vet is perfect. Administratively, this office is a mess. They never do what they say they'll do the first time. I always have to call and follow up on my requests, and call them for things like receiving blood test results that I spent hundreds on. Recently I needed my cat's prescription for food refilled as we've figured out it's the only food he can digest well. Chewy called me to say my vet was asking for me to get the prescription from them and they wouldn't just send it over to Chewy like they had in the past, even with my cat's visits totally up-to-date and having spent $2,000 on him in the last few months here. Then after I called 2 days in a row, Jennifer at Pet's Best Friend told me their new policy is pet owners need to physically pick up the prescription (they would not email it to me) and said I have to mail it to Chewy. That is absolutely not a thing and I don't appreciate being lied to. I picked up the prescription and can easily upload a digital version to Chewy. Doesn't seem worth it to lose a customer who spends so much at your practice. Please work on the little things; there's no excuse to be so bad at them.

When I asked for more assistance she denied my request. I was directed to an ER when it was not appropriate. I called back and spoke to a different person to collect information to take to another vet. I explained why I needed the information and was told to come over immediately. While in the office I told Dr.Patel my experience and he let me know that person would be fired immediately. As a long time patient at Woodbourne I knew this was not the way they handle their clients. I'm very grateful to be able to continue my care here and hope that this issue is resolved and will no longer be a problem for other families looking for care for their pets.

For 16 years Bella was fairly healthy and usually only went for yearly exams and occasional allergies. Bella started getting small growths on her small body. A couple had mushroomed in a bed location and would bust open and bleed. Recently during her wellness one of these were on her hind leg and affecting her walking. One week ago we put her in doctor patrols care for removal alongng with one more small growth on her side. What we got back was an aging dog that had been butchered with a total of 12 cuts and sutures on a small body. Just naproxen for pain and antibiotics. Well the 10 on her back started to pull from the stitches. He took her back and restitched her under a local. Two days later again this time preformed a medical scrub ( so painful that she could barely move) again under local anesthesia. That was not even a week. By that night Bella was having breathing difficulties and was in excruciating pain. We took her to blue pearl emergency ( amazing, caring facility). Within 24 hours we had to put Bella down Dr. Patel preformed unnecessary, unauthorized additional surgery that made Bella's last days agony. DI NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS BUTCHER!

Didn't like that. 1/2 later the doctor spoke to us about his condition. I don't feel like he explained everything to us well. That there are meds the cat could have taken. He had no personality and didn't have an optimistic demeanor. Everything was presented like it wasn't worth the trouble. We asked questions but he didn't offer positive solutions. He made it sound like if you do this you will need to keep the cat here for three days, see a cardiologist, then he'd be on three meds a day. The groups I belong to are wondering "why we didn't fight harder" and my only answer is the vet gave up on us and on the cat. There was no: "here's what we can do, let's try this!" The demeanor was he's doomed, don't waste your time. We did the best we could to feel confidence in him, but we don't think he was the right person to handle our cat. Maybe someone that was more proactive, motivated and didn't leave such a feeling of doubt in us as we walked away empty handed would have been a better experience. Also compounding this with a $1,200 invoice as we walked away without our beloved baby. All of it a terrible experience. The only saving grace was the young lady who handled the paperwork. I wonder what other pet owners think of that doctor.
