Whether you are looking to responsibly adopt, just play with cute kitties for a bit, shop for cat-related gifts, or relax with a cup of coffee and a snack, this is a great little place to hang out! The cats are super well cared for (also friendly & cute), the staff is extremely friendly, they have great refreshment options, an adorable shopping area, and it's VERY CLEAN! Me-Wow also gets an A+ for dealing exclusively with local rescues. Make reservations if you have a very specific day & time you would like to visit! We had such fun on our visit and will definitely be back!

Loved the cats! Had my morning java, as well, and shopped a bit. LOVE the mask policy in place!

Whether you've had a bad day and want to make it better by playing with furry fluff balls or want to adopt a furrever baby, this place is for you. It's a cozy space with caffeine, sugar and CATS! What else do you need in life? My boyfriend and I came on a Thursday night and there was no one else besides us. On busier days (weekends, maybe?), you can make a reservation online. We had 6 cats all to ourselves in a cat room with toys and cat posts. My only complaint was I wish there were more toys to play with! Most of the cats were young, hyper and curious and all were friendly and seemed happy. The cafe space is segregated from the cat room and sells a bunch of cat themed stuff along with locally sourced teas, coffee and baked goods. The girls who were working there were sweet and clearly loved their cats. 10/10 will be back, especially when I plan to adopt.

    Irresistible tunnel kitten!

We've been wanting to go to MeWow for a long time and finally made it there! It is a wonderful place to visit adoptable cats and kittens or shop for unique things for your feline friends. We had a blast playing with the kitties and the $10 donation goes towards their care until they find a home. We even came home with a special toy for our newly adopted fuzz ball! Here are some of the cuties from our visit!

We booked an hour because 30 minutes seemed too short. They had about 8 cats in the room plus one in the cafe area. Three of the cats were new and hid or slept the entire time. Two siblings played a bunch but weren't into getting petted. Two other kittens were very cute. They loved kneading their bed and purring while being petted. The people working were very welcoming and nice to talk to.

An amazing cat cafe, obviously made with love. The cat room is beautifully organized with ample snooze spaces and toys and natural sunlight. The kittens are ridiculously cute and friendly. Perfect for cuddles and pictures and love. The staff is kind and generous. As an added plus, the coffee here is phenomenal. A must visit for animal lovers in your area.

Our lives centered around our dogs making them the happiest they possibly can. Following all the vets rules for 13 and 15 years my other dogs lived. Good luck getting money for all those foster dogs when you're getting any money by not letting anyone adopt your dogs.

She questioned me like I was committing a crime, when I told her I was of no mental state to continue battling fleas. I am a veteran with major depression and anxiety. Whereas the average person could stand such a crisis, I simply cannot. I openly explained my mental state to her, to which she replied: "Seriously. You want to surrender a cat because it has fleas?" This was very embarrassing. After continuing to answer her nasty third-degree, in the hopes that despite her attitude, she would do something, I finally asked her if she could recommend another shelter, which she rudely replied to with, "No, I cannot" and hung up on me. It is people like her who drive pet owners just trying to do the right thing, to just put animals out onto the street. I won't do that, but I can't speak for anyone else who may be desperate. She needs to be fired for the sake of other sweet animals, just needing another home.

They are extremely communicative, and the events are usually held on Saturdays, but the transport that was bringing the dogs in had troubles and the event ultimately had to be moved to Sunday. I had my phone call at about 11:15 and about 1 PM hours later I was informed about the date change. It is not a typical adoption shelter that I have been to in the past. At the event, there is a ticket system, as in, the earlier you get there the earlier you will be called. While you wait you mingle with the volunteers and the dogs. You get a vibe on which dog feels like the best fit for you. However, be mindful that the crew with MatchDog Rescue does their due diligence and wants the best for EVERY SINGLE DOG. We went to the event with a very specific dog in mind. One that was on the medium/large end. However, the staff that reviewed our application and lifestyle, let us know that the dog might not be the best fit for us in terms of training and size of our home. While it was disappointing to hear, we knew at heart we wanted what was best for the dog and us. As mentioned before there is a mingling period while waiting to be called on by staff. During this period you can meet dogs of all ages, sizes, and all types OUTSIDE of dog cages. We had met several different dogs during this period, just to name a few that I can remember, Nevada, Hewitt, Cassidy, Dukie, and Garret. We bonded with several dogs early on, but with our hearts set on a specific dog, we just enjoyed their presence. However, after being informed that the dog we had our hearts set on was not a good fit for us, we knew which of the many dogs we met during the mingling period we wanted to go on a walk with. We asked if Hewitt was a good fit for us, confirmed he was, took him on a little stroll around the lot, and knew that our hearts were set on him. We went through the process of adopting him and each volunteer we worked with, remembered Hewitt and always told us how he was such a great dog and a cute little snippet or fun fact about Hewitt. There was never a doubt in my mind that Hewitt was not loved under their care. On our way out with Hewitt, the last volunteer that we worked with walked us to our car, ensuring that Hewitt was buckled in and safe and had their very loving and sad goodbyes with each other. Hewitt has been with us for about a week. We are a very calm, but active couple and Hewitt matches exactly that for us. When we are relaxing, he is relaxing. When we are running, Hewitt is right there running with us. It is not something that I considered when I was looking into adopting a dog, but I am extremely grateful the staff at MDR let us know before adopting a dog. If ever in the future I am looking for a second dog, there is no doubt in my mind that MDR will be the first adoption agency I look into.

Their volunteers coordinate with partner rescues in areas with an abundance of overcrowded, high-kill shelters. I made it abundantly clear when scheduling that I would need to be given Oxytocin in the event of complications which I was told 'of course, no problem!'. I took her on February 9th, received her radiographs and was then made to wait about 25 minutes where they could 'see about the prescription'. Once I was given it, I went through Chewy to order it (on February 9th) and staff neglected to approve the request for two entire days full well knowing Bay was due on Friday, February 13th and I stressed it's importance. I made phone calls, sent texts and was told a doctor would get back to me. I then was told it was my responsibility to upload the script to Chewy (which I couldn't find anyway) - which I then contacted Chewy and was told that was incorrect and they had been waiting for my vet approval this entire time, Chewy even called them and received no response. Regardless if I had the script or not, it was not my responsibility and the office did not prioritize my pregnant dog nor her puppies. I eventually was contacted on February 11th around 4pm by the practice manager who told me her staff did not feel comfortable prescribing the medication anymore after I spent $400 on the vet visit and now wasted two days. Fast forward February 12th - Bay goes into labor and as I expected, needs assistance from the drug; but I do not have it because Doylestown Vet had my hands tied and denied my dog the care she needed for a successful labor. I make an emergency trip to the ER (an additional $900 expense) she delivers 3 deceased puppies and 3 living puppies. We head home and now her labor is stalled again and the ER asked me to use the Oxytocin my vet should have responsibility prescribed me as standard repro practice. But here I am, unprepared because Doylestown chose ignorance over the reality of whelping puppies. I understand vet school and ethics, but if you care for some field experience, there's a big reality check here at my house because of your lack of concern for myself, my dog and her puppies. Shame on you for putting me in this position, stalling to tell me you had a change of mind about my dog's care, and then running down the clock so I had limited options on how to proceed finding her the care she needed. Edited to add, we are now a week out from Bay's delivery and I have had zero follow up from this practice. Ethics? I don't think so.
