We were seated quickly, and our drink orders were taken. The waitress and other staff were very nice. We ordered the shoyu ramen, spicy shio ramen, and karaage. The ramen both had tonkotsu broth bases, i preferred the spicy shio, over the shoyu, but they both could have used a little more salt. I like wavy ramen noodles more than straight ramen noodles too. The karaage was juicy, tender, and well seasoned. It wasn't my favorite ramen, but i did really like the karaage.

Here's what we ordered for dinner between me and my vegetarian hubs: --- Vegetable Tempura (heads up - served with eel sauce. delicious, but not veggie friendly because of the dashi, so use the soy sauce on the table if you're a strict veggie) --- Sweet Potato Tempura Roll (little dollops of eel sauce on top, so I ate these - so tasty!) --- Spicy Veggie Ramen (my husband said it was very good and very spicy, and told me that I wouldn't be able to handle it) --- Veggie Ramen (a good veggie ramen, nice broth and mix of textures with crunchy bean spout and corn, and soft noodles) With our meal, I ordered an unsweetened iced green tea. They give you a glass with ice and a bottle of ITO EN Oi Ocha, which is how I prefer it at a restaurant. We debated about getting boba, but decided to try it next time. The host was nice, and she seated us at one of the tables in the middle that had chair seats and a cushioned bench with a back. Our waiter was cool and took care of us. Definitely recommend it! The restaurant has a cute Japanese aesthetic with anime-style characters on the walls. It was absolutely packed on a Sunday afternoon. Dipping sauce was light and perfect for the gyozas + Tonkotsu, Shio and Shoyu Ramens - Perfectly cooked thin straight noodle/ramen and all of the broths were all very, very flavorful, but yet not salty at all. Go figure??? We preferred the Shio and Shoyu chicken broths more than the Tonkotsu though. The marinated pork slices were huge and so tender in all of the ramens. Also, each ramen was topped with lots of scallions, onions and bamboo shoots, while the Tonkotsu also had wood ear mushrooms and the Shoyu had a sheet of dried seaweed. + Menu consisted of many other ramen bowls, traditional Japanese appetizers, fried chicken and donburi (rice bowls).
