Their medical staff name Maria, who is in charge of drawing blood does not know how to draw blood…read more She inserted the needle an inch away from the actual venipuncture site. After this she proceeds to say that we can come back on another day despite knowing the patient have fasted solely for this appointment. She sent us to Quest diagnostics 30 minutes before quest close and when we got there they told us Village Medical got our insurance wrong. Not only did village medical at cypress Rosehill wasted our time because they had us wait for more than 30 minutes in the lobby despite having an appointment, their medical staff did not successfully provide the medical procedure they are required to fulfill. The office is clean-looking & aesthetically pleasing. Front desk receptionist is polite & nice but other than that, their medical staff needs more training because quest diagnostics told us village medical do this a lot, so much so that village medical's account number is already pasted on their desk. We as patients deserve better most especially if they are charging our insurance and we are paying them.

Hard to review fairly as the medical care fine, although there is a tendency to prescribe to solve…read morerather than understand the underlying causes. My real issue is dealing with Village Medical to book, follow up or manage referrals, as it terrible. They have a referral process which seems to involve me doing the work and the automated system sending lots of texts and making calls asking if I've done it and to let them know so they can get an appointment to follow up, rather than chasing the provider they referred to for medical notes, test results, etc. If you call back the team invariably have no idea why you were called, or transfer you to the wrong area, which has happened several times now. The icing on the cake that probably best describes the administration experience is that I received a call and email today (Aug 21st) telling me my appointment on May 8th (3 months ago) was cancelled and to call to reschedule. I have now been on hold for 18 minutes to speak to their Patient Relations Team and about to give up. I would email as suggested but these have never been responded to in the past. I understand that medicine is all about making money in the US but it shouldn't be at the regular expense of my time. To summarize, if you have plenty of spare time to fill then Village Medical is for you.

I have been using Spring Branch Community Health for a few years now and NP Langley is my favorite…read moreprovider. She is professional as well as being genuinely caring for her patients. The wait time was kinda bad before covid. But now it's great! I love that they do not allow too many patients in the waiting area. I was happy to know they have a dental department that has a sliding scale for people who do not have insurance. I have gotten my medical and dental work done at this location. The dental office is great at the Clay location. Rachel did a good job on my deep scaling. She did not hurt me with my teeth cleaning. I recommend this clinic.

Sat in the lobby for an hour and a half and had to pay 200 bucks for the "appointment". I came to get a vaccine not to sit in your lobby. Wouldn't be an issue on the wait if there WAS ANYONE OTHER PATIENTS THERE!!! In the two and a half hours I was there I saw one other patient. Don't come here, find the next nearest medical clinic. Don't waste your time or your money. Manager was rude the whole time as well, speaking to me as if I'm a child in a sarcastic tone. Could go on and on about how terrible the visit was. Left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and robbed. Beyond terrible visit.

I want to recognize the staff at Memorial Hermann Cypress Hospital for the exceptional care my wife…read moreand I received during an extremely stressful situation. We arrived around 7:17, and my wife was triaged within five minutes, which I truly appreciated. The wait to be taken back was roughly two hours, and while that was difficult for both of us, what set Memorial Hermann Cypress apart from other hospitals I've experienced was the care, professionalism, and genuine empathy shown by every staff member we encountered during that time. And by everyone, I truly mean everyone, not just the doctors, CNA, LPN, RN, APRN clinical staff and surgical team, but also the front desk team, environmental services technicians, and hospital security. Every single employee we interacted with carried themselves as if they had a personal, vested interest in how my wife and I were doing. No one treated us like a number or a task to be completed. Once we were taken back and evaluated, things moved efficiently. My wife received the necessary testing, and--most importantly--her pain was managed promptly. After the issue was clearly identified, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were informed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. At no point did we feel dismissed or rushed. A first-time emergency surgery is typically overwhelming, but the team at Memorial Hermann Cypress handled everything with a level of quality, compassion, and professionalism that is increasingly rare to find. They made an incredibly stressful experience feel manageable, human, and dignified. Thank you to every individual at Memorial Hermann Cypress Hospital who helped us that night. The level of care we received will not be forgotten and was certainly not lost on us.
