He was thorough in his investigation of the problem and did his best to fix our chimney with the most economical and lasting quality solution. I highly recommend!

I'm very disappointed with my experience with this company. I felt like the salesman who came out…read morerecommended a significant amount of work that was unnecessary, and the repair they ultimately offered was extremely overpriced in my opinion. The price they quoted me was around $3,000, and I've included some pictures below. What concerns me most is the lack of trust I now have in their recommendations. I previously hired this company to do tuckpointing work for me. About three years later, I contacted them about touching up a few areas, and I was told the work was already in bad shape. When I reminded them that they were the ones who had performed the original work, the response was essentially, "Oh, we can just repair these couple of bricks. It's not a big deal." After that experience, and now being presented with what I believe is an unnecessarily expensive repair, I simply don't feel comfortable doing business with this company anymore. When you hire a company and spend good money on their work, you expect fair pricing, honest recommendations, and quality workmanship. Unfortunately, that's not the experience I had.

Real Seal Basement Waterproofing & Foundation Repair - Concrete Lifting/Leveling

Real Seal Basement Waterproofing & Foundation Repair

I had Real Seal come out for two more jobs after a great structural repair job done for me in May…read moreof 2025. They came to do concrete leveling of my large stoop and a complicated gutter discharge extension that invloved demo of concrete and pouring of new concrete. John & Tyler exceeded my expectations for the concrete leveling as they were careful with the lift (I had an attached railing tied to my brick home that I thought would be damaged during the lift) and no damage was done as they took their time to ensure the integrity of the railing. The gutter extension by Will and the crew was amazing. The obstacles they overcame showed true professionalism and care. I would strongly urge anyone thinking about foundation repairs, drainage issues, and concrete leveling to use The Real Seal. Note: The office staff showed care and patience with all my questions and concerns!

The Real Seal was the only company who felt they could fix it. And they delivered! I can't say enough good things about Patricio, the lead project manager, he was so methodical and smart about each step, making sure the wall was reinforced, making sure they had the right supports in and then ensuring the wall was straight, secured and reinforced. He made sure to answer all our questions, to walk us through the plan for the day and show us what was done at the end. This was not an easy fix, but they came through with a straight, secured wall and I am so grateful to the entire crew! We also had a drain tile, new sump pump and antimicrobial sheeting installed to ensure the wall stays structurally sound.

The crew was very tidy, they tarped around my house and plants to ensure stain wasnt getting where it didn't belong, and they were nice! Unfortunately, within a few months, several quality issues began to appear. Screws started popping out, deck boards began lifting, and some of the boards and railing showed signs of deterioration. I sent multiple texts and emails, including photos documenting the problems. To their credit, they responded to one text and sent someone out to secure a completely loose floorboard that, surprisingly, had never been screwed down. However, after that visit, my additional attempts to contact them went unanswered. I even asked that they simply let me know if they had no intention of addressing the problems, but I did not receive the courtesy of a response. At this point, it appears I will need to hire another company to repair their work. Chuck Kurth, one of the owners of Two Brothers Residential, Maintenance and Service Corporation, presented himself as knowledgeable and reputable before I hired the company, which made this experience especially disappointing. A contractor's reputation is built not only on the initial job but also on standing behind their work. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. As a result, they will not be receiving any future business from me, and I would not recommend them to others in my HOA.
