After going to the same eyebrow threading location for 5+ years I was so sad that when I moved I was faced with having to find a new eyebrows threading place. I'm super picky and have tried dozens of places so I know what I am looking for...I always consider quality, customer service, price, and how the staff are treated. That being said THIS PLACE DESERVES MORE THAN 5 STARS. Usha is a eyebrow threading queen!! She talks you through what she envisions and what is being done as she's doing it. Once we were done she even pointed out that there were a few hairs she needed to remove and I hadn't even noticed. Her attention to detail is %. I recommend this place to anyone that needs a new eyebrow threading location, heck, even leave your current shop for this one. The price is hard to beat (even better than my old location) and Pam and Usha have amazing customer service. The pictures don't do it justice. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you usha!! Love , love, love this place! I am from Texas and was visiting my sister for two weeks and decided to try this place based off the reviews I read and was not disappointed. The owner was super friendly, she was giving me pointers for sight seeing near Menifee. The salon was super clean and cozy! I did feel bad for one customer who came in with two toddlers so I did suggest to the owner to possibly have a basket of toys for the moms of young toddlers. In Texas I have to be very selective of the person I have do my eyebrows because they do them too thin but here I just asked for a clean-up and she did a great job! Looking for a good place a little close to home.. BUT THIS IS NOT IT!! I have never ever been cut while getting threaded!! I looked on Yelp and this place has good reviews. Both ladies were very friendly. Very nice. She was done with my brows very fast and when I looked in the mirror I had to tell her three times about hair she missed. I didn't check my lip because. How can you mess up threading a lip? I was more concerned with my brows. I did feel her dab a little inside my nostril and thought it was strange but didn't think to check. I get in my car and first thing I see is my nostril bleeding. I'm furious. How embarrassing. I had to go to work. It was my birthday/mothers day weekend and I have this huge cut on the inside of my nostril and hair still on my lip!! I call to complain. She apologizes and says she didn't see it. She said to come back in. She will fix it and give me a refund. So I turn around, drive right back to the store and she has the AUDACITY to look at my nose and say, are you sure that happened here? Or did your kid do that? I told her WHY would I lie and make this up? Why would I take the time to come back if my son scratched me? When would he have done that between me walking from the store to my car? He was in his carseat. How?? After that they kept apologizing. Refunded my money and still were very nice. I told them I appreciate their apology but she should never have tried to blame my son. I told her I felt her dab me and she tried to say she didn't see it. I will never go back there. Although they were friendly. How dare her try to blame my son. If you mess up. At least take responsibility!! read more
