Bottom line, they're reliable, effective and convenient, they're all over the place. They are different people obviously in each office, but I'm like 7 for 7 in effective treatment received. So I'm certain some are better, of course. But after you get juked by other chiropractors, who almost fix you and then stop and make another appointment , these guys are total relief. I found his office so basic that it was like a clinic you would find in Tijuana. Never mind the equipment hadn't been updated in years, but I was committed. Meantime, yesterday it took me nearly an hour to get my mom to her second appointment, because she wasn't feeling good. We finally reached the doctor's office, and just as I got my mom out of the car and and seated in her wheel chair, the phone rang. It was the doctor. He wanted to know where we were. I told him we were in the parking lot. He said he was canceling the appointment because we were late. I asked what time it was. He answered, "It was 3:21 and the appointment was for 3:15." I said, that's only six minutes. That was correct, he said. I didn't ask how much closer to his office we had to be in order for him to maintain the appointment, or what difference it made where we were, since he was calling to cancel our appointment, but I responded that if his schedule was so tight that he couldn't handle a six minute delay, than perhaps he had too many clients. He was disinterested in discussing it. So, rather than argue, I told him that was fine and to cancel all of our future appointments, because I would be finding a more professional doctor with better customer service to treat my mom. The good news is, after a little research I did find a closer doctor with better customer service and more modern offices. Never mind the parking is easier and the appointment scheduling is more flexible. Bottom line, if you're okay with dated facilities and bad customer service, Tucci's your guy.
