I had my car washed at Menifee Car Wash on Wednesday, 1/14/26. I paid for a hand wash, because my car is new. I paid $32.95 (there was a $2.00 discount). I was very disappointed to see water spots on the windows, mirrors and car. The inside was clearly just swiped with a cloth and the inside of the windows had smears and had not been cleaned to the edges. This used to be a good car wash, but their service is seriously lacking recently. The only thing that look good was the vacuuming and I can save myself $20 by going across the street to Tommy's and get a regular wash and vacuum myself. read more

Horrible customer service. I called to ask if they do both inside and outside car washes, and the receptionist said yes. When I asked about pricing, she said I had to be transferred to her manager. The manager then couldn't give me a clear answer--she just mentioned that they have packages ranging from $149 to $500. All I wanted was a simple breakdown of the basic, mid-level, and top car wash prices. After pressing, she finally said it could range from $22 to $45, but even then she wouldn't give me a definite answer, saying it depends on the package. On top of that, she was impatient and dismissive, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. It shouldn't be this difficult to get straightforward pricing. Disappointed with Inconsistent Pricing, Poor Customer Service, and Missed Services It took me a while to find a hand wash car wash in the area, and I was excited when I finally discovered this one in Menifee a couple of months ago. I have a 2024 GMC 2500 with ceramic coating, so I'm particular about how it's cleaned. My first visit went well -- the woman at the front was polite, and I received a full hand wash, wax, and trim dressing for $84.95. I even tipped $10, bringing the total to $94.95, and I kept the receipt. I returned a few times after that and even brought in my wife's car -- a Chevy Trax (which is barely larger than a compact car) -- for the same service. However, when I brought her car in on a Thursday, a different employee (a man this time) told me the price was $5 more because it was an SUV. I explained I had previously paid the regular price twice for the same vehicle, but he didn't care. I paid it anyway, just to avoid the back and forth. Today was the final straw. I brought my truck in after the rain and asked for the same $84.95 service I had received previously. This time, I was told by staff that they never charged that price and claimed I had gone through a regular wash, not a hand wash -- which is completely untrue. I even showed them the receipt, but they refused to honor it. The woman -- the same one who originally helped me -- was rude and dismissive, claiming she remembered doing the "regular wash" despite me watching them hand wash it last time. They charged me $109 this time, and to top it off, they didn't even vacuum the inside of my truck. So I essentially paid over $100 for a hand wash and wax -- no interior service, no attention to detail, and zero consistency. As someone who runs a large business, I can say with confidence that this is not how you run a successful one. While I know Yelp is often used for complaints, I'm not writing this out of anger -- just disappointment. I really hoped this would be my go-to car wash. But now, I'll be finding somewhere else that values consistency, integrity, and good customer service. Tip for anyone going here: SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS and try to speak with a manager directly, or you may find yourself being charged something completely different next time -- and potentially not even getting the full service you paid for. read more

Have been coming her consistently for almost 2 years now and brought our small sedan in. My boyfriend is typically the one that talks to the attendant. We let the car get pretty dirty before we bring it in and when my boyfriend brings it in, there's no hassle about the pricing. But the one time I bring in the vehicle, a woman, I am haggled and argued about the price and trying to be upsold and told that I need wax on the car and that the dirt on the car will not come off... I feel as though this was a pretty good example of women going to a car wash and being upsold compared to a man. Super disappointed considering they do a decent job cleaning the car. The lady with black short hair is very rude and unwelcoming. Speaking with the cashiers advised me that the manager of car wash never gets any complaints, most likely because manager is sometimes not on site. I doubt they will look at post since they average one star only. read more

BEWARE!!! I haven't been here in a long time and since the car wash I've been going to closed down, I thought we would give it another try- after all, they are still in business. If I could give 0 stars I would. I own a wrangler and it was dirty from our weekend camping trip. The lady said it's hand wash only, which is more, fine... she sells me on a "package" that includes waxing and detailing the inside of the vehicle. At my old car wash, without wax, it generally took about 2 hours, because they did an amazing job. My car was done in less than 30 minutes. I was in disbelief, so I opened all the doors and trunk and they hadn't cleaned the inside at all. It was still full of sand everywhere. I asked the guy what is going on with it and if it was done and he said "yeah, our vacuum is broken." But yet you guys are selling fully detailed packages?! He grumbled under his breath and then called another guy over and they had me wait there while the wiped down the interior and brought over a shop vac to actually clean the inside. It took another 15 minutes and I chose to just count it as a loss because the inside still wasn't clean. All he did was take a wet rag and wipe down the dash slightly. There's still sand all over. I don't know how this place is still in business and I am so sad that my car wash closed I murrieta. If anyone reads this and knows of a better car wash, please let me know. I don't mind paying and tipping well when the service is good and my car is clean. This was just a horrible experience. Overpriced, bad service and a vehicle I need to take somewhere else to actually be cleaned. read more

I usually have had decent experience with this location but not yesterday. The inside of my car was not vacuumed well, windows were still filmy on the inside and they ruined my floor mat (passenger side). I have an Acura and the mats have little locks on them to keep them from sliding around. Whoever picked up the mat did not know this as they ripped the grommets right out of the floor mat. If I could give zero stars I would. First of all I paid $70 that included the wax. I sat in the air-conditioned room on a Tuesday mid afternoon. I thought it would take some time because it was supposed to be getting waxed. And so I sat there for an hour and a half. Then to come find out that my car has been ready for over an hour. I don't know how it was supposed to be cleaned and waxed in 30 minutes. That annoys me. But my fault maybe I wasn't paying attention close enough. Then I get in my car and you can tell that they rushed this job. There is dirt caking the steering wheel and all of the dash. read more

We took my wife's car here and they did a really mediocre job I brought the car back and showed them all the dirt and grime on the hood and they said that the $80 wax and clean doesn't cover that. It was like basic surface level dirt I took it home and wiped it down with a micro fiber cloth myself and had it cleaner in 10 minutes... lol. They also barely vacuumed and didn't wipe down the dash. I have a lifted truck so cost extra i get that. But when I pay $50 dollars for the supreme wash, i think you should completely vacuum the vehicle and wipe down the interior. I will not waste another penny here. Better off driving down the freeway to Murrieta. read more

This use to be a place to receive at least a decent car wash. Those days are over. I have no idea what they are doing. Windows are not cleaned, inside cleaning is subpar at best. This place is closer to my home, but I will make the drive down to Temecula, for my monthly car wash. read more

Recommend not wasting your time here. I was wanting an auto detailing. Speaking with the manger, I asked about the differences in the detailing packages. I never got a clear answer. Whenever I repeated the question, I got a different comment or an unrelated comment about leaving my car. I decided to get the best package. My family has used this location multiple times for convenience and also this is the only hand wash without a drive through wash. So with that said I went there with my brand new vehicle. I went through already knowing the poor standard they set, seeing my husband's truck. NOT TO MY STANDARD. $40 +10tip = $50 hand wash should consist of getting all the dirty off from outside the car, windows, wipe down and air freshener. Which to be honest they missed a few spots on my side rails nothing the wiped down employees couldn't get off. I wanted to know what their standard service to the vehicle they would like to leave their business...Asking Millie the supervisor on duty looked it over and said NO THEY DIDN'T DO A GOOD JOB!!!!! She was very nice and explained the services and re wiped my car down... I personally feel the person wiping down the car NEEDS to be better looking over the car and approving the car is good enough to hand over to the customer. I appreciate MILLIE'S customer service and the time she took with me as a customer. I will give this place another shot to see if my family will continue taking our 4 vehicles there. read more
