Their low prices are the real reason you shop here. I had no problem getting all my questions answered, getting immediate help, and even follow up help from their friendly staff. I will definitely shop here again. Watch the papers/junk mail for their sales and you can pick up some really amazing deals. I saved hundreds off a new utility trailer during their last sale.

To fully accommodate the crowd (aka mr jealousy the pittie) he gave them both some treats on our way out, showed them some love, and left us with a smile on our faces (even though it seemed like he had a hard morning!) This place is a joke! I called 2 months ago to make an appointment for two cat spays. At the time…read morethey were about 2.5 months old. I was wanting to stay on top of it to prevent an accidental litter. I called the week before my original appointment to confirm the time, lo and behold they "can't find it". I was annoyed, but understood that maybe it was an honest mistake, being that I was speaking to the person I had originally booked with and it was obvious he knew that something didn't go as planned. Understood! Cats are still young, I'll just reschedule. Shocked, however, that the next available spot was not going to be for another month. Ok.... Reschedule. Day of second appointment comes, I get a voice message stating that the doc is sick (understandable) and we need to reschedule to two days from now. Ok, seems reasonable enough, I was going to leave work early for this appointment, so getting that message, clearly I didn't have to and with being busy, didn't immediately call them back. I do however, call back first thing in the morning, and was told the next available appointment wouldn't be until another 40 days with a snarky " we called yesterday and you didn't call us back". Deposit has been paid. Yet, because I didn't call You back immediately then that gives you the excuse to push us that far back? For the second time? Needless to say, I'll take the girls some place else. After being recommended this place by a friend, I've given them more chances than they deserved. Absolute nightmare of a scheduling. Here we are, four months later, with a bigger problem on our hands. Two cats, now at bearing age, who haven't been spayed, not due to owner proactiveness but to the absolute nightmare of scheduling at Yokayo.

Yeah, I use a prong collar during training, because Cane Corsos and Dogo Argentinos are big strong dogs. They require a ton of discipline, and consistency. So, don't tell me how to train my dogs. Or tell me that it's unethical. Thanks. If it wasn't supposed to be used, it wouldn't have been created, approved, and sold in your stores.
