I had spent a decent amount of money over the spring and my coupons were over $40 off something 50% more. So instead of accommodating me and trying to give me something (being two days late), they wound up losing out on at least another $40 of my business as well as any future business. I totally understand that I missed the expiration date but feel like some answer or accommodation would have been in both of our best interest other than "no sorry" .
