Amazing selection! I can't believe it's taken me this long to get to Cerbo's. It'll definitely be a…read morego-to when I'm refreshing my plants for the new season. For fall the selection could not be beat. So many mums of course, but also lots of other unique fall plants that I hadn't seen before. Prices were super fair too. The store is enormous with a ton of indoor and outdoor space. They have a huge indoor section for house plants with so much selection. Being that pricing is similar to Loews, but selection and quality is way higher I could definitely this being my new spot. My kids had a lot of fun running around too. The gazebo was such a cute photo backdrop. Love Cerbo's!

Joe has retired and sold the business to Metropolitan Plant exchange. The new owner spruced up the grounds and parking lot. Lots of trees, wreaths, kissing balls and other holiday decorations to choose from. Service was quick, and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely come back again.

I like the layout of this location and while it may not be the biggest HD by any means, that's just fine by me because sometimes those Huge HDs are too freakin big to know where anything is. Even people who work in those places don't have any clue where anything is, lol    Store Associates here are friendly and helpful which also goes a long way with me. Nothing worse than trying to shop in a place where nobody wants to be, including the staff. Those kinda places just bring me down ya know. Come And Get Your Shopping On!!

I've been to many Home Depot stores and I've learned that not all offer the same level of customer…read moreservice. After two visits to this store I concluded that this one is well below average in this area. No major problems, but the little irritations added up. Where to start? As a first time visitor to this store I had trouble finding the entrance (see pictures below). The EXIT was very well marked and when I parked there and tried to enter, I was told that I needed to walk a couple hundred feet to the left to enter. So I moved my vehicle to the other end of the building, then walked a bit to the right to get a cart. On my third try I found a cart the didn't pull to one side and had 4 wheels that rolled freely. Both times that I went to order paint, no was staffing that area. Both times I searched nearby aisles for help and when I didn't find help, I went to the front of the store to have an announcement made that 'help was needed in the paint department.' When help finally arrived the worker was friendly and helpful. I think the problem here was that the paint department was understaffed. As I shopped for other items on my list, a Home Depot Services staff person approached me 6 times, during my 2 visits, to try to sell me a service. It wasn't until the 6th time that this person stopped (after I said this was the 6th time you've tried to sell me Home Depot services and I am still NOT INTERESTED. So, nothing awful, just a bunch of small irritations that made me think management didn't care enough about customer satisfaction. To be fair, some staff members were very helpful.
