I recently switched from Rafi Dental Group to Mend Dental, and I'm honestly so happy I made the switch! Everyone in the office was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The office is also very nice and clean. The doctor was great and took her time explaining everything she was seeing on my 3D scan and answering my questions. I never felt rushed, which I really appreciated. I'm very pleased with my experience and the service I received. Definitely recommend Mend Dental if you're looking for a new dentist! read more

Had an appt. with Dr. Salem (associate dentist), and he is such a kind, gentle soul who was incredibly proficient with his dental work/skills. The staff was first-rate, super professional, super friendly, and I really love this place! I'd recommend this dental office to everyone who needs first-rate, super friendly, and extremely professional dental services!! read more

The best dentist I've ever been to, which means a lot in Orange County. I can't say I love going to the dentist, but I honestly don't mind when it comes to mend because they've taken such great care of my family and me. Facility is very clean and they use modern equipment and techniques. The staff are so kind and they value personalized patient care. Frank usually does my cleaning and he always gives me tips to level-up my dental hygiene in ways that make sense for my lifestyle and are easy to remember - details matter and he'll always notice when I take his advice and he sees improvements. Dr. Sison is the best out there and I trust her fully. She always prioritizes my best interest. She is extremely thorough and has extremely high standards for her and the staff's work. When I had a dental emergency, she and her staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure I was well taken care of. She also has a visiting Dr Shah who does implants - I was originally worried he may not be as good but I was so wrong...he's just as amazing, thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. Irvine is lucky to have such great dentistry from Dr Sison. Can't say enough great things! I wish I could delete the negative reviews myself - just goes to show you can never please everyone. Been coming since they opened and not a single negative thing I have to say. read more

They were great. Came in for a chipped tooth. They scheduled me right away. The whole process was made easy. The office staff and doctor are very professional and calming. They delivered exceptional work and fast. I will definitely be going to the again. read more

Was I happy to be going to the dentist? No. But the staff here did a great job of making me feel comfortable anyway. Frank did an excellent (and speedy) job on my cleaning and Ricardo took care of me as I dealt with a failed root canal (not from Mend, from a prior dentist) that I had to get retreated. I didn't enjoy the actual procedures (who would??) but honestly the staff made me feel as comfortable and taken care of as possible and I really appreciate it. They even have TVs in the room so you can put on a show or movie and just zone out while your teeth get cleaned. Overall, I'm happy it was so easy to find a good dental office in Irvine. read more

This is literally the best dentist I have been to. They are so honest and don't try to scam you like most dentists. The hygienist is so thorough and encouraging. Mel is also very sweet and understanding! Thank you Mel Dental we love you!! read more

The dentist here is so kind and gentle. She addressed all of my concerns and made me feel comfortable and safe. Walking into the office it smells so amazing like a spa - not like a typical dental office at all. I have dental anxiety and here I didn't feel anxious like I have in the past at other dentists. I will recommend all of my friends and family to come here. Additionally, they are AMAZING with children. My daughter who is terrified of the dr felt comfortable and calm with everyone she encountered. read more

Be wary of this dentist and her intent to upsell. When she recommends Invisalign rest assured she has profit over care in mind. Find another dentist! read more

I have been jumping around several dental practices the past few years in OC to find a place that's quick, thorough, and professional. Calling to get an appointment was easy, the check in process was standard, got in and out my appointment within an hour. Efficiency and punctuality is important for me. My doctor was transparent about what services I needed, unlike some other practices I've been to. Thanks so much! read more

Short wait times, kind hygienists and dentists, thorough cleanings. What more can you ask for? I came here initially to get a second opinion after another dental clinic told me I needed Invisalign to correct my bite. I felt that the other clinic was very pushy, almost coercing me to make follow up appointment on the spot and pay for additional treatments. I got none of that from mend dental. The dentist here took care to explain how my teeth would look before and after Invisalign, discussing the pros and cons and basically said it would help a little but not really worth the effort. Since then, mend dental has been my go to. Really feel heard and taken care of here. Thanks to the mend dental team for making scary dental visits as comfortable as possible! read more

The care I've received at Mend Dental has been nothing but excellent. The dental hygienists have been so caring and gentle, especially with my sensitive teeth and traumatic experiences from the past, that they've made sure I'm heard and taken care of while in that seat. The staff have been so fun and comforting every time I'm under their care. Dr. Monique Sison is amazing at what she does; she delivers a great smile not only to her patients but to also with the people she works with. A simple and honest dental office. read more

I finally found a honest, amazing dentist with friendly staff Dr. Sison work is amazing, my veneers look flawless! Dr. went above and beyond, they were very accommodating. Great experience here at MenD. I always feel well taken care of during my cleanings and additional services (I.e. fillings, sealants, etc). It's too bad they don't take my insurance yet (Aetna), but they said they are in the process. Would recommend! read more

Came for tooth filling and was pleasantly surprised by the ease of making an appointment and speed of the procedure.

Dr. Sison and Rafael are the best!! They're always so nice and take extra steps to make sure I feel comfortable. I love going in for my regular dental cleanings and check ups, but I just went in for a chipped tooth and they fixed it so quickly! Looks exactly the same as before if not better! They even have really new and cool dental tech at their office for dental scans and whatnot. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a great dental office to go to in Irvine! read more

I've now had three cleanings, and three fillings redone at this office. The doctor and her staff are always very kind, attentive, and accommodating. I am totally appalled at the fraudulent billing this place is trying to pull. They have a contract through anthem. At the time I was scheduling services for a crown, I paid in full. I paid actually OVER the amount of the patient responsibility owed from Anthem. Months go by and I stop by for a routine cleaning. They tried to tell me I have an out standing balance. Attempting to bill me for NON covered services. Which is against their contract with anthem with out notifying the patient prior and having them sign off on non covered services. They were also billing my statement to the incorrect address which I've had no affiliation to ever and is a HIPPA violation. read more

Great care! Loved frank he's a fantastic hygienist, he took his time and asked if there was anything he needed to pay special attention to!!

Angie and the staff was all so nice. Just had my first cleaning at mend dental and I was very impressed. All the stuff in the office where professional made me feel very welcome. read more

I always leave this office feeling respected, cared for and appreciated. Thank you mend dental team for going above and beyond every time!! I just had my regular check up and was diagnosed with a cavity. At first I felt nervous because I had never had cavities before, heck I didn't even know what a cavity truly is, but Dr. Sison kindly and thoroughly explained the issue using my x-rays and a super cool 3D scan of my teeth. That instantly eased my anxiety because she helped me understand it all. Honestly this is why I trust her so much. Angie also did an amazing job of breaking down my treatment plan and answering all of my questions. Don't believe me? Come see it for yourself. read more

I normally hate going to the dentist. It's something I absolutely drug. However, to my pleasant surprise, I am leaving for the first time in a really good mood. Hahaha everyone who works here is absolutely fabulous! They made me feel at ease. My mouth does not hurt it feels amazing actually. I will definitely be back and totally recommend them. I've never liked a dentist in my life. I LOVE THEM! Out of all the years I've been on this earth never did. I think I'd see the day where I said wow I like my dentist. Thank you so much Mend Dental so much. I truly appreciate you all. I wish all dentist were like you. read more

Really incompetent dentistry here. I had a malignant cancer in my face pressing on a nerve including a palpable mass. It was causing teeth pain, so I went to a dentist as would be the obvious sequence of action for any lay individual. The dentist here misdiagnosed me with TMJ syndrome and I had to pay out of pocket 600$+ for a mouth guard I didn't even need. Thank goodness I ended up getting a second opinion elsewhere, this place will do anything to get you to pay more including endangering your health. I ended up seeing a TMJS expert who told me the pain I had was not typical for TMJS and that this place really missed the mark. He told me to see an ENT which literally saved my life. I could have had this cancer taken care over two years earlier if not for this dentistry. Go somewhere, else you'll be better off and spend less money. read more

Efficient, painless and very nice team. I've had a great experience with this practice.

With recent new ownership and a new dental experience Mend Dental and the dentists create a really comfortable environment to get your teeth worked on. I was never a fan of going to the dentist in the past but the two primary doctors there and staff and knowledgeable and offer fair pricing and realistic scenarios. They don't try to upsell you. The doctors and dental assistants help to educate you on the best next steps for work needed. I now have Invisalign through them that was scanned with their iTero machine. Best dental practice out there and highly recommend stopping in read more
