And overall, I just wanted to see the entire place because there was so much they were offering on the website. I thought to myself this would be a great place for One-Stop shopping in therapy & self-care. When I called to get more information about the IV treatments, I was referred to the website of the third party who was actually providing the treatment. It was good information and I was all in! When we arrived the gentleman at the front desk, I believe his name is Adrian, notice my hat and we had a very long conversation. We were both from New Mexico and had a lot to exchange. He showed us around and was very pleasant. Small world! When we were completing the tour the practitioner arrived to give us IV treatments. My partner was set up in a chair that seemed to be used for the IV treatments. It was something like a dentist chair but you could tell it was specifically for that purpose. Then a customer arrive to use the bike (for some sort of oxygen treatment) and another employee basically came and said we had to move. She made us felt as though we were intruding because the woman administering the IV treatment was a third party vendor (she further relayed she had no control over those appointments so we had to move). It was off-putting. We moved into a room that seemed to be for massage therapy. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The woman administering the IV treatment had to break out her phone flashlight to get enough light to administer the IV. I also use the red light therapy bed and honestly looked forward to trying some of the other therapies (specifically massage & acupuncture), but I don't think this is for me. The massage rooms look very private and perhaps calming. However, there seems to be a lot going on in the main space. It gives me locker room vibes, which may work for some, but it was not what I was expecting. If you live in the city, you can have IV treatments at your home. They'll come to you. That's what I've done going forward.

I was not worried until I had a big bruise on my face for about 9 days! Everywhere I went people asked me about it. Freaked me out. Also bad: Office is unable to provide easy way to submit to Flexible spending accounts (FSAs). Patients OOP is separate from the superbills, and they email the Superbills separately, creating a huge job for patient. I had seven visit and had to make 3 calls and deal with 14 different emails in order to submit. I gave up. Seems like a healthcare company could do better given the expansive use of FSA/HSA reimbursement. Also bad: When looking at the superbill it said I was there for the treatment of pain. I did not seek accupuncture for pain. I did not have much pain, I suspect they did this to garner insurance coverage. Pain was only a very small part (or no part) of the reason I sought care. And while I was happy they got the treatments covered, it made me uneasy Also bad: A provider called me to speak to me about the hematomia after I reported it (oddly not the provider who gave it to me) When I called back, they never returned my call. Darn, I wanted to love this place and continue treatment, but too many issues

I had the option of a 30-minute in-person consultation or a 15-minute virtual one both on the same day. I chose to go in person because I wanted to not only learn about the services but also see the space for myself (plus, it was so close!). Shortly after booking, Cara-Michele, the practice owner, called to confirm my appointment and suggested I double-check my insurance coverage. That evening , I arrived a few minutes early, and I'm glad I did. The GPS directions were a little off. The building houses several other businesses, and is secure, requiring visitors to be buzzed in. As soon as I walked into the suite, Cara-Michele greeted me warmly, and I immediately felt comfortable and confident that I was in the right place. Her calm, compassionate demeanor and thoughtful questions helped her understand my needs, and she gave me the space to express my frustrations after so many prior appointments that left me without answers. Cara-Michele walked me through all the services offered, including nutrition and physical training, as well as showed me the equipment and products she uses. While she made no promises, I left that consultation feeling truly hopeful. I scheduled my first acupuncture treatment for the very next day, and the second the day after. After the first session, I felt about 50% better; by the second, I was nearly 90% improved. The name speaks for itself, STRENGTH & VITALITY WELLNESS CENTER! Although I've only had two treatments so far, I'm beginning to feel like myself again. I have no plans to stop anytime soon, and I'm hopeful that continuing this work will help me avoid a major surgery that was scheduled before the end of the year. The sauna at Holistic Solutions was state of the art, from the lighting, areas of concentration for the infrared treatment, the lighting, even down to the music (either your own or choose from a selection similar to what you'd expect to hear during a massage session). Cara-Michele was great and seems knowledgeable about her craft (which seems to be overall holistic wellness). She took the time to explain how the sauna works to me and after my session she walked me through all the different programs she offers. I liked that she had a lot of holistic supplements for purchase but I only discovered them from looking around on my own, she didn't try to push them on me like a used cars salesmen. Outside of supplements she also has nutrient powders and shakes but be advised they're not vegan. I have a primary place I already visit for acupuncture but I do plan to visit this place again to try out some of the other services offered.

My boyfriend was paired with Tav. Both providers were friendly and accomodating. My boyfriend LOVED his massage with Tav. He said he dozed off a few times and could see himself coming back every month - such a great sign for someone new to massage. I enjoyed my session with Forest as well and left feeling relaxed. A few things to note: they don't provide couples massages but instead do tandem massages. Meaning, you're in different rooms. This wasn't a dealbreaker for us but could be for others depending on your preference. They also still require masks here. We brought our own surgical masks but were asked to use their K95 masks they provided.
