This is my first time writing a negative review because i never encountered such an unnecessary interaction. I feel like he couldve told me "dont reuse cups i will give you a new one" especially because i was actually trying to give him a less hard of a time by reusing the same one. Besides that, every worker was really nice to me, and i loved the yogurt. I recommend this place, but this guy made me feel embarrassed, and stupid. Honestly, thats my perspective why i thought it was okay, but i completely understand if it is unhygenic, i worked jobs that handle food, and im all for hygiene. I just thought the fact that he had to be really mean to me and embarrass me in front of friends made me feel awful, and im not even a sensitive person like that. It does feel powdery, chemical almost- as if they didnt get the mix right or as if the machines didn't mix the yogurts long enough. The flavor was refreshing, bright, and exactly what frozen yogurt should be after a movie... light, sweet, and satisfying without feeling heavy. Interestingly, when I pay extra for an additional side of fudge, that cup comes filled to the top. Because this has happened repeatedly across both the Citrus Heights and Folsom locations, it feels less like a simple employee oversight and more like a deliberate management policy to cut corners. When a Rachel sundae costs $14.99, skimping on the toppings that are supposed to come with it is incredibly disappointing. For premium prices, customers expect premium consistency. So I sat down and looked it up online myself. I found the flavor on the official Baskin Robbins website with the full ingredient list. I showed it to them, and they said, "Oh yeah, that's it."
