Since this was new to me, I wanted to play it safe with pistachio. Pista Falooda: A creamy, layered Indian dessert drink featuring rich pistachio flavor. A chilled and refreshing beverage, it combines falooda sev (vermicelli noodles), sweet basil seeds, and flavored milk, typically topped with a scoop of pistachio ice cream or kulfi and garnished with nuts. I will say, the vermicelli noodles took me for a loop. Even with the drink being delicious, drinking while taking in "noodles" ruined my desire to finish the shake. I will definitely visit again, but I will be more inclined to get a milkshake vs. a falooda. What a great shop to have in the area, I'm happy they decided to make a home in Euless.
