Can't believe I haven't left a review here. I first came here since I got a feee Menchies that I revieved. Menchies is frozen yogurt and you can add your toppings. So everything is self serve. Just don't put too much yogurt or toppings since you pay by pound. Then don't overdue it since you have to eat it. So be selective with your toppings. There are several Menchies in town so if this one is too far look and there may be one closer to where you live. Or take a nice drive to the West side and enjoy dinner at a nearby restaurant and then hit Menchies for dessert. You can't go wrong. Parking in front of the store could be a hit or miss depending on when you get here. No worries since there is plenty of parking nearby. Also, make sure you download the app. You earn points that can lead to a free serving and specials. read more

A great treat for those hot and even cold days. The variety of flavors and toppings are all very good. They switch up the flavors every so often so you can expect some new combinations once in a while. You serve yourself but the employees there are always down to help you out by explaining how their system works or giving you some taste tests to pick the one that is best for your taste buds. This is really overrated. Not really impressed with the price, options or quality. First- they only offer ONE size?! So, you either pay $10 for the base of frozen yogurt or opt out. The size isn't small, but it's way too much for one person and one serving. I didn't want nearly a pint! Then, EVERY topping costs $1.50. By the time you choose what you want, it's nearly $20. The frozen yogurt isn't bad. But it isn't something to rave over. They just dump the toppings on the very top. So- the entire rest of the container underneath is just plain, frozen yogurt. I don't understand why they can't mimic Coldstone and actually mix it in, or layer it? I don't think it's worth the massively inflated price. It wasn't good enough to justify the cost of a frozen yogurt treat. The portion is enough, but I didn't want enough to feed a family of four, nor did I want to spend $20 on dessert. read more

Although I enjoyed my mix of froyo and toppings very much, the place was loud and messy. I realize it's a family place but the kids were out of control! They were yelling and grabbing things, cutting in line. If my son ever acted like that...well he wouldn't because there would be an immediate stop to it. He knows better than to act like that especially in public. He might've gotten away with it more at 2 or 3 years old but probably not even then. I just wanted to eat my dessert and get out of there quick. I thought it would be a nice place to go after dinner and work but I was wrong. I got a mix of coconut, mint and chocolate froyo. I added lots of toppings like pecans, marshmallows, caramel, chocolate syrup, etc. The employees seemed annoyed as well, as if they couldn't wait to go home...with good reason but come on now! I've been to this location and it's always crowded every time. It was early during the week so I didn't expect for it to be so packed. I like what they offer even if their prices are kind of high. I'd probably return but maybe to another location or at a different time. It was 9 pm so I didn't expect such a large crowd! I wish they offered a drive- thru but then again what about the toppings? First time to any Menchie's. My teen and I consider ourselves Fro-yo connoisseurs with somewhat high standards. This shop was spotless and well kept. They offer 16 different flavors, we sampled many and all were pretty good. Daughter couldn't choose so she ended up with three different flavors in her cup. I especially liked the Dulce de Leche! The selection of toppings is endless and they offer something to please any palette. Now here's where I can be a little picky... The measure of a top notch fro-yo shop is their selection of fresh fruit topping options. Menchie's has a handful, but I would like to see a couple more. Normally this might have cost them a star, but considering the premium taste of the fro-yo, I will still give them a full five stars. We'll definitely be back!! I'm not a frozen yogurt aficionado, but the wife and I have been here several times and it's a nice location with great yogurt and fun toppings. They rotate flavors in and out throughout the year so it's always fun to see what they have when we visit and the toppings are a fun addition. The restaurant is usually very clean (unless a swarm of school kids have just been by) and the staff is friendly and helpful. All-in-all its a favorite place to stop by from time to time and sit out in their "patio" (really just some tables on the sidewalk) to relax when we're out on the Westside. This is especially important now that going out to the Sunland Park area can be such an ordeal due to all the construction. Menchie's is a nice treat/reward that we give ourselves once a while when we decide to brave the crazy traffic and I highly recommend this location. read more

This was my first outing in a week as I'd been very sick at home, (which for some reason made me crave froyo like crazy), and the very sweet and talented young woman at the counter offered me the last balloon of the day, on which she had drawn an adorable version of the company logo! I've noticed that the flavors between this Menchie's and the one on the Eastside aren't all the same. I suppose that's a good thing, more total flavors for El Paso. I visit the other location more often, but also enjoy this one. I really enjoy how creative they are with the Frozen Yogurt flavors, its not always just the usual suspects when it comes to flavors. The salted caramel one flavor is mind-blowing, doesn't need any toppings! Location is tiny, and you'll have a hard time finding a seat during peak hours. People have a horrible habit of not being able to distinguish between sampling and mooching free yogurt, sadly you'll see a lot mooching going on here, but that isn't Menchie's fault, but they do get in the way of us real customers trying to serve our yogurts. read more

Menchie is perfect if you have a sweet tooth. My child is always asking if we can come because she loves it too. It's a cherry on top when you eat and come here for dessert. I moved here from southern California where I became addicted to Pinkberry frozen yogurt. I love their frozen yogurt. So I have tried several places here in El Paso and all of them have been okay. Nothing special, but then I tried Menchies and it's really good. They have a good selection of flavors, some really good, some okay, and some not so good, but definitely a selection that should touch all palates. They also have a good selection of toppings from healthy to indulgences. It is a little pricey, but I'm used to paying for Pinkberry so it doesn't bother me so much. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I am a loyal Pinkberry fan and nobody compares to them. read more

First of all, the employees were OUTSTANDING! They went so far above and beyond. I called ahead in search of my favorite flavor, and, although they didn't have it, they checked in the back to see if any was available, took the time to list all the flavors they did currently have, and seemed genuinely sorry to not have cake batter at the time. We went anyways (they had lots of other great flavors) and turns out they were super busy, yet still had made me, and each customer they dealt with, a priority.
