    Every time I come to this Menards, the staff treats you like family. I am writing this specifically for someone who worked extra hard to get our order correctly yesterday. Christian was able to help us out in the painting department & was extremely patient & very informed about the products. He said he was new, but you would've never guessed it based on his work ethic. We left extremely happy as well. The manager came in and helped out too because he was SWAMPED- but he took everything with time. We all appreciated his work truly. Best location!!

    5/2022 5* Great place. Has what I want when I want it. And at a reasonable price typically. So good place to stop. Parking lot is a bit unusual, but it works. 12/2020 5* Found what I needed at the price I wanted. Staff was kind and friendly. Helpful for what I was looking for. Nice place!

    I'm with my wife when we came to this place. We want to buy a couch and table for our living room. Since the living room was not big at all we wanted to buy couches with a nice and small size. I use our pick up car (ford) so our couches will be put at the back or car. When we came here it's easy to park our car since there are lot of vacant space to park. There are also free customers inside. We went to the furniture section. My wife started to choose a couch. We decided to choose a brown couch. It was a little bit cheaper compared to other stores that we went to. It has a table on it, a glass table. We also buy frames for our living room. I highly recommend this place. You can come here.

    (I am not in Il., I am in Colorado...)…read more Horrible. I ordered a couch online on 10/2, I wanted it delivered on 10/3 and now I am being told they can't deliver it when I asked for it... (They said I am unable to choose a date, so I went thru the motions so I could get a screen grab - see screen grab.) NO ONE at AF could give me any information...They told me they no longer deliver and it all goes thru a third party called OneRail. I had to call OneRail to get anywhere - (Nowhere) It was ordered for delivery next day delivery and it will take about 3 days (or more) to get it. I Won't be doing business with AF anytime soon. ***UPDATE - 3 days later, still no couch. I canceled my order and am getting refunded. I have to call HQ to get a refund. Here are my notes of the conversations: 1R - 2024.10.04 - Kevin - Driver will be assigned TODAY (2024.10.04 - 1:15Pm) 1R - 2024.10.04 - Jenny - 3:25pm Driver confirmed for Saturday AF - 2024.10.05 - Alex - no driver confirmed 1R - 2024.10.05 - Chris - Driver confirmed for Sunday (2024.10.06) 1R - 2024.10.06 - Jenny (again) "out of our hands"* (The drivers pick what and when they deliver.) I was given a email address of myafwarranty claim.com we filed the claim someone did came out looked at the sofa and his filed a report they there response was " After careful review of the information submitted and your plan's terms and conditions, it appears that the reported issue is the result of normal wear and tear rather than a specific accident or incident. Normal wear and tear is the expected decline in the condition of a product due to regular daily use. Furniture becomes worn looking because of normal physical deterioration that occurs with everyday use. It is expected that there will be some scuffs, a gradual buildup of soiling, and minor damage that occurs from repeated daily use rather than a specific incident. This includes but is not limited to mechanical or structural failure from repeated use rather than a particular event. According to the terms and conditions, wear and tear is expressly excluded from coverage and therefore ineligible for service. My response was. I sent a message via Yelp on a Sunday night and they immediately scheduled our oven troubleshooting for Monday afternoon. Their front office staff is incredibly responsive! George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. He is approaching this very methodically - ok, so it's not the igniter, let's look at the next link in the chain... I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended! He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available. He let me know he would be calling them again in the morning and that he would reach out to me with an update. I've had plenty of negative or so-so experiences with other service technicians from other companies. This experience with George / Astera is so positive that I'm posting my review even before the service is completed. Astera will be getting first crack at all of my appliance and HVAC service calls going forward.
