He said I did a good job trying to narrow down the issue. He set-up an appointment for me on a Sat., but I ended up being home today and asked if they had availability, and he fit me into the schedule. 2 very nice people, a father (Vlad) and his son, (Vitali) work together. When they arrived, they put on booties and were extremely nice & answered my questions. They fixed the disposal immediately, but then found out, that my leak was coming from the disposal. They suggested replacing the disposal, which is what I did, since fixing it may not hold up or work. They worked efficiently, tested it out with me, and made sure there wasn't a leak. He looked at the oven, did his tests and said "before I pit in the part, I am going to try to do something so you don't have to pay for the part". Took apart the bottom part of the oven worked some magic and BAM! We have fire at bake setting. Only charged me for the service fee. Really knowledgeable individual. Does what he can to make sure there are other options than just replacing parts. He could have easily put in a new part and charged me for it. Appreciate his honesty. George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended! He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available.
