Cottage roof, giving 6 wk cancellation notice. My busy neighbor (has done roofs, said I might have 5+ years life left on Main Cottage). Built 1990. This FORCED me to replace the roof 3 weeks ago! Rev Mortgage req. insurance. This put ME in a MAJOR bind, adding a lot of pressure to resolve quickly, rather than waiting for early summer. Zack at PNW Roofing, and Tiffany got me QUICKLY scheduled, and better weather came about. Brought me out sample for composite. Being an Ex-Graphic Designer, went with the Sherwood Green to compliment Hunter Green going on all the trim. Martin at PNW might have drone shots on their website. Biggest requirement was new gutters to replace crappy plastic ones. Went with a Faux Copper color, as real copper ones are expensive. Sent them issues via Text and photos ahead of time. Wood was still all SOLID. Crew did cottage roof in 1.5 days, and shed 2nd afternoon. Cottage has a severe pitch, crew took precautions. Lead had 30 yrs experience. Did great job on clean-up. With 140 trees on less than 1/2 acre, moss and pine needles abound. Will just require more annual inspections to keep it all looking new. With the algae killer embedded, should be easier to deal with.

We had a problem with the lights in our kitchen. The 4 overhead lights all went out at the same…read moretime. We thought that was unusual as we thought only one light would burn out. My husband went to Home Depot and they told him it was more than likely that the ballast had to be replaced. My husband bought a ballast and a couple of light tubes just in case. After testing with the new lights it was obvious that we probably needed the ballast. We called a few electricians but they were not available for at least 3 or 4 days. My husband called Sonny at Clearbrook Glass and he was most helpful. Even over the phone he suggested that if it was the ballast that was the problem there was a better solution available. Sonny came to our home the next day. He said that he could replace the ballast but it could easily break down again and we would need another service call. He rewired our fixture so that we would no longer require a ballast and installed 4 new LED tubes that he supplied. He also took a look at a light fixture in our basement and fixed it for us. We returned the purchases we made to home depot and got a refund. I highly recommend Sonny. If you want prompt courteous service at a reasonable price he is the man for you. He will be our go to man for any electrical work we require in future. Thank you Sonny
