The store was very organized and the staff was friendly and seemed familiar with the customers. There was a variety of things to shop and look at. I heard one customer say, "this is my happy place." Great vibe in this place! The prices were comparable to other thrift stores but they did have discount days on items in the store. Great place to thrift. I would go back.

The selection of clothing was really pretty. We're in the Summer season, so the shorts and tops were especially cute. There were Summer pajamas that were cute enough to wear as an outfit. I do like that they have a loyalty program that lets you collect a rebate of sorts every time you spend with them. You can apply it to your balance, or save up for something big. Over the years, I have found some really great pieces-from clothing and shoes, to handbags, to furniture...I've found treasures! If you go and don't find what you're looking for, stop back another day. If you see something you want, get it then because someone else will beat you to it! Prices have gone up over the years but you're still saving money from what the item originally cost. Lovelady Center, located not far from the store, helps women get back on their feet after going through tough times. They turn your donations into profit that helps them support their residents. In fact, most, if not all, the ladies that work here, are connected to Lovelady in some way. They are either current residents or have been helped in the past. You should really look up their story. If you like to shop, especially in thrift stores, you must check them out!

My elderly grandmother, who has dementia and has loved this store…read moreas long as I've been alive, was taken there for a haircut and dye by the nursing home, authorized on our credit card. A week later, I found $1,000 extra charged to the card and new clothes in her closet. We called to return the clothes, outraged that they had used our credit card to exploit a vulnerable, confused woman with dementia and her unknowing care taker. The owner's response was to simply to tell us that it wasn't his problem and hang up on us. I've never seen such callous behavior. This is a business that profits from taking advantage of an elderly woman with dementia. It's disgusting and inexcusable.

Well, I revisited Sozo Trading Co. today and I was greeted warmly again when I entered the store…read more The clothing selection looked just as great as it did the last time I was in the store and I also noticed other things such as beautiful glassware, dishes, sturdy furniture, electronics, a variety of linens plus several light fixtures and nice lamps. And then I noticed the jewelry, because the last time I visited I was looking for mystery jewelry jars and today I was happy to see five or six baggies absolutely full of costume jewelry that appeared wearable along with beads and watch parts and just everything I could use for crafting and repurposing with jewelry. So, I purchased two jewelry bags and the contents did not disappoint me when I opened them at home. So, it was another productive and great day shopping at Sozo Trading Co. In addition, there is always plenty of free parking and if you have the time there are a couple of restaurants nearby.

Sozo Trading Co recently turned 10!!! I can't believe they have been around this long already…read more This is one of my favorite thrift stores to visit. At their 10 year celebration, it was such a fun environment! They had raffles , special pricing and even had a coffee truck on site. I really enjoyed coming here to celebrate with them! The staff is hardworking and seem to enjoy their jobs.
