Really cool feature, they offer monogramming, engraving and vinyl services, so if you are looking for a gift for somebody (or something for you) and you want to personalize it, they have the ability to make that happen for you. Prices seemed to be good and on par with other home décor stores. The store is split kind of into two halves - to the right is home stuff - to the left is kids stuff - clothes, toys, etc. Staff was really friendly and helpful checking on me a couple times while I was in the store to make sure I didn't need anything. The area is very clean and during busier seasons like Christmas, the area offers police to manage traffic. I do most of my shopping online now but I love to come to The Summit as a special treat to myself because it feels like just that when I visit one of their stores or restaurants. My Mom said she didn't want anything, tasted mine after we walked away and had us turn around so she could order something for herself. You could only do this once per person by the way and they barely have anything in there that's $10 or less so you still have to pay. The 2 Stars are only there because they have very nice smelling soaps that are made in Alabama. And yes, I triple-checked the flyer with the wrong address. It does say March 17, 2017.

My elderly grandmother, who has dementia and has loved this store…read moreas long as I've been alive, was taken there for a haircut and dye by the nursing home, authorized on our credit card. A week later, I found $1,000 extra charged to the card and new clothes in her closet. We called to return the clothes, outraged that they had used our credit card to exploit a vulnerable, confused woman with dementia and her unknowing care taker. The owner's response was to simply to tell us that it wasn't his problem and hang up on us. I've never seen such callous behavior. This is a business that profits from taking advantage of an elderly woman with dementia. It's disgusting and inexcusable.

We were able to bring in our own food and drinks which I really appreciated. The store itself is beautiful. It has a great selection of clothing, accessories, and hats. For the party, we actually purchased some hats then we were able to accessorize them. The staff was simply amazing!! They were super friendly and very patient (her mom included)! As you can imagine, we had a party of about 13 women, so they did very well balancing all of our personalities and gave us some great suggestions when decorating our hats. And to top it off, she gave us some wine glasses! 10/10 I would definitely recommend you stop by and support this business!
