The first time they replaced the battery and it was about $270 and when my computer wasn't fixed I brought it back in and they replaced the charging ports, this was $98 because they only charged me for the new ports. I am out almost $400, I am skipping grocery trips to be able to afford this and I have missed countless assignments bringing it into the shop. I called to ask for a refund and they refused to refund the work- the majority of the price and said they would refund the parts but only if they stripped the parts from my computer so I am then out hundreds of dollars and I would have a completely un-usable computer. They would have the parts back to use in another computer and still were paid for their work. 100% a massive waste of time and money and now I can hardly afford to get it fixed elsewhere.
