However, I felt better when the receptionist told me that they have the open MRI machine. The MRI technician was very helpful. He made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure. I called back, and another woman, DAISY, who said she was the supervisor, was also very rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting me, she argued and placed me on hold -- it's been more than 30 minutes, and I'm still on hold as I write this. I even called back three separate times, and no one answered the phone on purpose. It's clear that the staff do not care about their customers at all. Patients deserve respect and basic courtesy when calling for medical help. I truly hope the owner or management sees this review and takes serious action to improve their customer service before more patients decide to go elsewhere. They are very friendly, and care about their patients. For outpatient procedures, they have people in and out in a matter of a few hours. I don't think we've ever been there longer than 4 hours. They have free coffee for people while you wait. I've never had any, but they're k-cups, so you can choose what you want. If my mom has to go back for anything else, I will know she's in great hands!

There's a pre-screening application you have to fill out - name, address, insurance, etc. I had to print out a sheet for the lab to fill out. I got a text with check-in instructions and confirmed the appointment while waiting in the parking lot. When the appointment is ready, I got a text to come inside. The lab is on the 2nd floor straight out of the elevator. I was called less than 5 minutes after entering. The lab tech took me back and locked my personal belongings in a box in the bathroom, I guess to prevent fraud? He took my ID and gave me a sample cup for a urine sample, giving me 4 minutes. Again, I guess to prevent fraud. After giving the sample, the tech signed me out on the computer and sent me on my way, saying the results would be sent to my employer in 24 hours. I was in and out in 15 minutes, pretty painless.

This was the classic used car salesman, "bait and switch" combined with an obligation to give them a blank check. They refused to just give me the test results after they were done, and said they were contractually obligated to send it to their 3rd party vendor. Of all the shady, dishonest tricksters. I almost got stuck with a big surprise bill! Thank God, I had the sense to walk out on them.

My techs Letty and Steven were so nice too and when I asked for the manager to be sure they knew their techs were amazing and made the experience so comfortable she was so welcoming and cute.
