My mom has been coming here for the last two years. I have also been here within the past year and let me just say he and his coworker are phenomenal. They are always listening to patients. Never rushing you never making you feel like you're an inconvenience. He always discusses the treatment plan or what he's thinking about doing before you get charged. He's very upfront overall love the care here because he actually listens / pays attention to what his patient's concerns are. Anytime my mom and I go we literally use the pharmacy that is down the street. He sends it almost immediately while you're checking out and it's an easy pick up. He has seen me for the flu. I felt better within two or three days. My mom has come for different types of care but overall, I say he's a pretty great doctor. read more

This clinic used to be a good place to come to. A trusted place. However since this new Hispanic PA...... to be honest I don't think I he is a Dr I don't know what he is. But, he up sales the visit not just that. Friends have complained some days it's less priced and other very over priced for the same consult. We shouldn't be made to take a COVID test when he has been told that a test has been taken the same day and it was positive hence why we are there. What happened to patient care. Where is the original Dr he was awesome. But this other man he gives me the creeps! read more

I drive all the way out to Pasadena today because they claim to be open on Saturday to take patients here on Yelp. The door was locked, ringing the door bell, didn't bring anyone to answer or open, their exterior light are on, but nobody is there. Calling the phone number through Yelp takes you to a sales promotion for a medical device. Calling the other phone number of 832-203-5992 that is on their sign outside the office just rings forever and no answer. read more

Total Access MD truly lives up to its name. I had a terrible cough, congestion, sore throat, body ache, headache, nonstop sneezes, and difficulty breathing. Since I moved to Katy recently, I first tried to go to two urgent care centers here-- Preferred Urgent Care and First Choice (based on reviews) coz I didnt want to pay for the expensive ER copays and I refused to sit in the waiting room all night. I had just recently switched jobs, and both urgent care centers seemed to be having difficulty accessing my health insurance. The first one denied me and told me to go to First Choice. And so I did. It was a Saturday night, and raining so hard. I felt so miserable and so desperate. After I got to First Choice I had to wait in line again, and do paperwork all over again for more than an hour. Dr Fisher saw me for like 5 seconds. She literally poked my ear with her device (It hurt so bad I cried silently coz I was a bit embarrassed). Then she said to me: "I've done this a thousand times, I dont understand." Instead of just apologizing for pushing the device too far. She implied that she's perfect and I was being overly dramatic (so pathetic). After all the torture and lack of compassion, she then told me that she would send me home with Ibuprofen and that nothing was wrong with me. I'm a nurse by profession which she didn't know. And I know for a fact that I needed at least an antibiotic with my symptoms. My lungs sounded terrible but she said they were perfectly clear (which made me question her ability to assess accurately). But she told me my insurance card didn't seem to work, and if I chose to stay and get properly treated, I first have to pay $870 up front! What???!!! So I guess something was wrong with me afterall but she didn't want to admit me until I paid a horrendous amount of money! I felt even sicker after the breaking news, and decided to leave. In my despair, I called my friend who is also a nurse and she told me to go online, download the Total Access MD app and click the GO LIVE button on the website. I was very skeptical but because I was so desperate, I decided to give it a try. Only took me less than 5 mins to download the app, fill out the online forms, and request an MD online to see me. It was very user-friendly, straightforward, and so freaking convenient I didnt have to wait in line for hours. Right after I submitted the request, an MD called me right away! He was so kind, very soft spoken, thorough and really took his time to assess me. He asked the right questions, and I felt that he really cared and was extremely sharp and very knowledgeable. After his thorough assessment, he said: "I think you need some antibiotics, my dear!" I was so relieved to hear him say that! I felt like somebody finally knew what was really going on. He then wrote me a prescription and sent it to CVS and told me to come to the clinic in a couple days if I wasn't getting better. Also the next day was Sunday, and the MD called to check on me. I felt so special coz MDs dont really work on the weekends. I decided to stop by their clinic on Monday for an antibiotic shot (which I highly recommend to those who have very demanding schedules and need to get back to work immediately). It was worth the drive from Katy to Pasadena. Their clinic was so clean. And I finally got to meet the MD in person. He was so nice and so professional. He tested me for strep and also gave me an antibiotic shot in the butt and was so nice to give it with lidocaine. The process was very comfortable. I wasn't limping after. And to my surprise --- with everything that the clinic did for me --- I only paid $75!!! Here's the summary: Consultation - $15 + Strep test - $30 + Antibiotics injection - $50 = $95 minus 20% discount = $75. So I'm sorry for taking all ur time. But I needed to write about my great experience with Total Access MD. It's IMPOSSIBLE to find a clinic that will do all that for just $75. But I was so lucky to find one! Also they offer flu shots for just $29 vs CVS $40. I think I'll take it. read more
