The other doctor was going to place a crown over an old filling and decays, but luckily their permanent crown broke upon seating and I was able to see Dr. Lankford for a second opinion. The nitrous was 1/3 of the cost of the other office I went to and my crown was extremely reasonably priced. I was comfortable the entire time and my coworker I referred here also relayed to me she's never felt so comfortable and at ease at a dentist. I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment, which was a little frustrating but I am glad I did. I have good teeth overall except for I'd like to get them cleaned every few months due to a bracket being in my mouth permanently from braces. The doctor ended up cleaning my teeth and I felt like she did a very thorough job. Got my regular dental exam and x-rays. Everything was a breeze. Will definitely be back. Good cleaning job!

Following his visit he was informed that the dentist he had landed on when he clicked the button to make an appointment was a dentist who did NOT honor our insurance AND he owed roughly $550 for the visit. No one in the office informed him of this prior to his visit though they had seen the insurance he had and the name of the dentist he had an appointment with. But then again, my new dentist sent me a reminder about 7 months ago, and I haven't been back yet.
