This was my 3rd visit to MeMe's Cafe. This time I visited with a friend. The format of the restaurant has changed since my last visit over a year ago. Ordering is now done at a counter, and food is delivered to the table, either indoors or out. My friend and I ordered and elected to sit outside to enjoy the perfect October weather. Our food was delivered in a reasonable time. Portions were very good. My friend had a salad with chicken atop, and I had a savory crepe. We shared an order of onion rings. Everything tasted good and was obviously freshly prepared. If in Springdale again, we would happily return to MeMe's. read more

We stopped here for lunch after Zion. My mom and sister ordered the Hawaiian sandwiches and they were soooo good and juicy. My cubano sandwich was good but if I could redo my order, I'd get the Hawaiian as well. The house-made vinaigrette that came with my side salad was great. Wish I could get the recipe haha. Greeted cheerfully as soon as we walked in. It was 11:25 am and i ordered breakfast and my wife ordered a Bacon cheeseburger. Breakfast ends at 11:30 and then they switch to lunch menu. They made my Denver omelette first but her burger was only a few minutes behind as they wanted to make sure we both got our choice of meal. Jailin and Catherine were our servers and they were fantastic! Great location that is easy to get to as well as a choice to sit inside or outside on a covered patio. Also very easy to leave the park to eat and then go back into the park. The Denver omelette with bacon was delicious with red peppers and onions. Bacon cheeseburger with waffle fries was served hot and juicy with several strips of bacon! read more

We where here for dinner. Ordered a regular hamburger and BLT. Unbelievable! Best BLT I've ever had. The tomatoes were so flavorable and perfectly put together. Best bacon ever. My hubby said the hamburger was the best he's ever had. Perfectly cooked! Kudos to the Chef! One thing that I thought was a negative was when asked to tip. We gave the server a generous tip even though you order at the counter. She never checked back with us. A tip for her wasn't deserving. read more

We decided to go to dinner tonight at MeMe's Cafe after a long and awesome day of hiking the narrows in Zion National Park. We were all pretty beat after a long day and were craving burgers for dinner. We did a quick search on yelp for burger joints close to where we were staying, sorted by rating. After checking the menus for burgers and vegetarian options at the closest 5-6 places, we settled on MeMe's because: 1. It was a 5 minute walk from where we're staying 2. They had a couple of interesting vegetarian options 3. The burger options looked pretty good 4. They had crepes! Yum! 5. The prices were INCREDIBLY reasonable! Burgers started around $14+, while most competitors' burgers were almost twice that cost So we walked up to MeMe's, found a table for 6 inside almost immediately, and ordered our meals from the incredibly nice woman at the counter (they also have outdoor seating). While we were waiting for our food we could see MeMe herself making the rounds to other tables, making sure everyone had what they needed, and answering questions and giving advice on things to see while they were in town. Our food came out pretty quickly; - The burgers were giant and tasty, and came with a good portion of waffle fries cooked to perfection. The pickle was good too. - The cilantro salad with chicken was fresh and tasty - The crepe with banana and honey was ridiculously good - The BLT got two thumbs up from my youngest Everyone was satisfied, and there was enough food to take home some leftovers. Best of all we didn't break the bank going here. Meme came by to check in on us multiple times, and towards the end we struck up a conversation with her about Paul Simon and growing up in the valley in LA. She was very nice and genuine, and you could tell she cared a lot about her restaurant and her customers. It's rare that you get this level of customer service in a restaurant, especially one as affordable as MeMe's with really good food. She totally earned the 5 stars I'm giving her, and I strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal with family at a place that isn't looking to gouge you. My party of 4 ordered very different items and all were highly satisfied with their orders. The following are a few notable observations: - Counter Service: grab a menu, place your order at the cash register, pay for your meal, and wait for your order to arrive. It was a great place for our desire for a serious burger after hiking most of the day in Zion. I had the Bacon Cheddar and my wife the Cheeseburger and neither disappointed, solid cook on each burger and wonderful fries for my wife and I upgraded to onion rings - worth every cent. You order at the counter but then we sat outside. The person working front of house did it all and she was great. Amazing flavorful food and top notch service! Came to this cozy cafe after a hike through the Narrows. Got the privilege of meeting MeMe herself! She recommended Anthony with pulled pork, as it's made in house over 14 hours with a rub and homemade BBQ sauce. I was SOLD! I got the Famous MeMe's Hawaiian sandwich, it was very flavorful, great texture, had a yummy local beer selections, and diverse menu! My friends got the BBQ crepe (big portions), veggie grilled cheese, and breakfast burger. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Zion read more

The food was quite tasty though I was a bit skeptical at first due to only having one breakfast sandwich but it was really good. I tried the chili verde omelette along with the breakfast crepe. Also had a bite of the blt sandwich and I have pics but didn't take it when it first came out so they are not as presentable but it still shows food of good portions. We were looking for good Breakfast places in Springdale, since we didn't look it up prior, and MeMe's cafe caught our eye specifically because they're know for their crepes. This isn't like a sit down restaurant with a server. You go up to the cash register and place your order and they bring it to your table. I got the Mamas Favorite crepe, which comes with Nutella and bananas (best combo ever). My grandmother got the Very Berry crepe which comes with blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries. We both shared some scrambled eggs and farmers potatoes (home fries). The crepes are delicious. They are soft and buttery, not too over baked and crispy. The eggs are scrambled just right, not too runny and not too hard scrambles, and the farmers potatoes are crispy and not soggy. The cafe has an incredible view of Zion (Just like every other building) and offers outdoor seating as well as indoor seating. To sum it all up this is an incredible place to eat in Springdale. They server breakfast, lunch, and dinner so it's easy to pick a time and come whenever you want. If you're coming to Springdale, you can't miss out on MeMe's cafe. read more

Our family came in around 10:15am or so and only have to wait about 5 minutes or so for the inside table not bad especially busy morning. The breakfast food tasted perfectly and the service fast and efficient. They're having outdoor seating as well. Forgot to mention have to ordered food and pay at the cash register. Good place for a an easy meal. We stopped in after a day of hiking in Zion. I got a turkey burger. It's good. This place is not fancy, which is what we were looking for. They offer outdoor seating. Which is always nice. It's right on the Main Street and easy from the shuttle stop. The price is among the best you're going to find in the area. The service was very friendly and pretty quick too. Family food family feel ^~^ A quaint home style place with a variety of foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. After an adventurous day in the blazing sun we stumbled upon MeMe's cafe (Sunday @6ish). No wait and we got to pick wherever we wanted to sit. Dinner order- 1.) cheddar burger with crisscrossed fries- needed more salt to the burger patty, but overall a delicious burger. 2.) Teriyaki burger with onion rings- pulled pork on a burger patty( protein!). My only critique is I wanted the pulled pork to have more teriyaki sauce. The onion rings were light, fried right and seasoned well. 3.) crispy cheesy jalapeño bites- packed with flavor, this was a favorite! Each time we visit Zion, this is our go to lunch spot! No matter what we order, the pork Philly, the Maui sandwich, the peach crepes ( my fave!), we also think it's delicious. As if that's not enough, the staff is always super sweet. They always answer any questions we have, have super fast service, and are just really really nice. This last time we had Catherine and Ivy and we have to give them a shout out for being amazing!! Side note- their ice tea is homemade and delicious also! read more

Ordered a couple hamburgers and said we wanted them cooked medium rare or whatever pink means. The waitress suggested medium. Both burgers were way overdone, burnt and dry. The waitress never stopped by to ask how we liked it. We ate maybe half the burgers and left. I guess we should have ordered crepes. Update: The owner responded to my original review and offered to give us a refund. I didn't want a refund, but appreciated her willingness to do so.
