I had the strangest experience at this Midas location today…read more I had called yesterday and made an appointment. Dimitri was super friendly on the phone. I came in for an oil change at my appointment time. The team took my car straight in. They performed an oil change service and tire rotation. They gave my car a clean bill of health, charged me 30 bones and some change and sent me on my way. While I was in there, I witnessed Dimitri treat 4 different customers like family. I couldn't believe how nice he is. He genuinely seemed to care about every person who walked in the door - myself included. That's what made my experience here so strange. I've never experienced such high quality customer service. Dimitri has made me a customer for life.

I can be kind of snippy but they're always very nice and show me grace. The only thing I can say "negatively" is they forget to change my service reminder sticker sometimes. Not a big deal at all.
