I should note that I spent about 2 hours prior to calling George with tech support from my anti-virus software provider and my Internet Service Provider and neither were able to help me). -I had a list of random problems prepared to make good use of the hour. He stayed a little past the hour (and only charged me for one hour), solved all of the issues and my system is working a lot more efficiently. One thing- he does not use a Blackberry and did not seem to know all that much about them. He was honest about that which scores points in my book, but I don't know if he is your best resource for BB's. He has a very easy going personality. He listens to your concerns without cutting you off. I felt comfortable with him in my home and felt that he was very competent in resolving my issues. I will certainly call him if I need anything in the future and would refer him to anyone with an IT issue. Even our cats liked him- and THAT is saying something!

This chair is critical for her daily mobility. Someone at Batteries Plus in Woodstock recommended MarTech for micro soldering. I took the cord and remote and it was fixed in 2 hours. My understanding of micro soldering is taking a pen point sized spot on a microchip and attaching a smaller wire. This place is awesome. Great price and super fast. 3 weeks later and the remote is still working great.

I drove down and dropped the microwave off at 10:45, was told it would take a few hours so i left to visit a friend nearby. Got a call 45 minutes later telling me the work was done. Labor less than 40 bucks, a lot cheaper than a new microwave. Outstanding service, wish he was closer to Knoxville. But I wouldn't hesitate to make the drive again if need be!
