Hello and Thank you for visiting my page. I graduate from ECPI college of Technology back on June of 2010 and started to work on some Help Desk positions, mainly helping users over the phone. Through out the years I kept gaining more skills and learned that what I was great at was being technical and providing outstanding customer support. I worked for Wells Fargo, Lowe's, and Ralph Lauren in which I had the opportunity to share my knowledge amongst several starting IT technicians because I became more of a Trainor and mentor. After realizing that I was great at customer service, this is when Mel's Computer Repair came into mind.
