Giving a rightful one star review…read more We picked out puppy up on 3/18/25, on 3/19/25, we noticed our 8 week old puppy was not eating, had diarrhea, and would not drink water. By 3/20/25, we found ourself at the animal ER due to him still not eating, drinking, severe diarrhea and had become lethargic. During that visit our boy was diagnosed with THREE parasites - roundworm, coccidiosis, and giardia. Of course, we reached out to the breeder with our concerns. How does a 8 week old puppy who just arrived at his forever home have all of these parasites? On top of the parasites, our puppy was diagnosed with anorexia weighing just 5lbs when we brought him home. When we brought these concerns to the breeder, we were met with pure resistance, and accused me of lying to him, and stated that he would get all the other puppies in the litter health tested. We never received those results. We returned to the vet on 3/28/25 following his first round of treatment. The treatment worked, however, the parasites quickly became the least of our worries. During that appointment a seasoned vet identified a grade 3/4 heart murmur and referred us out to a cardiologist for official diagnosis. On 5/2/25, we received the diagnosis that our boy has a severe congenital heart defect called subaortic stenosis - SAS. Our puppy at just 3 months is at risk of heart failure. We are beyond heartbroken that this is happening to our puppy but are glad he is no longer in the care of Denver Rottweilers. As this is a hereditary condition it is clear that this breeder does not take the time to health check the dogs before breeding. During the course of those ordeal, the breeder came up with a couple solutions- return the dog, receive half our money back and in exchange we change our one star reviews. I can see some buyers chose the latter of the two. However, we chose neither as we want to call attention to the poor breeding conditions. ld get into the mind blowing, low character, concerning conversations we have had with this breeder in the days following the shocking findings, but I will save that for another day. I have attached all diagnosis our boy received as well as a review from another customer who reached out to us on facebook. Unfortunately our concerns for the dogs that are still being bred are growing and for these reasons we will be contacting the appropriate parties to report Denver Rottweilers. Please do your research before you consider buying puppy from this breeder.

STAY AWAY When we…read morefirst took our puppy home he had 3 parasites ($1000 to treat and get rid of) and later was diagnosed with a heart murmur. A couple months later, we were able to get an ultrasound on our boys heart from a cardiologist. Turns out our puppy has subaortic stenosis, a congenital heart defect that comes from the parents of the litter. This heart disease puts him at serious risk for heart failure and short life span. Denver Rottweilers could never provide us with health records from the parents because they simply didn't have any. The owner refused any recourse except returning the puppy for a new one. My fiancé and I decided it was best to give our boy the best life while he's still here with us. There was no way we were bringing our poor puppy back to a breeder that doesn't care about his well being. Be careful about trusting some of these 5-star reviews. This guys is selling a lot of unhealthy pups. The owner offered me a refund in exchange for a 5-star review but I declined. I care too much about these pups, could care less about the money. As you can see, the other gentleman who left a review here was paid to change to 5-stars.

Cat people know the anxiety is real…read more If you've ever left town and immediately wondered, "Are the cats plotting revenge or are they okay?" then you get it. We used Denver Pro Pet Sitting while we were on vacation and it was an absolute lifesaver. They checked in on our cats, made sure everything was taken care of, and sent updates that made it clear our little furballs were living their best lives while we were gone. Reliable, communicative, and clearly people who genuinely care about animals. It's such a relief knowing your pets are in good hands instead of just hoping the automatic feeder doesn't become their new enemy. 10/10 would trust them with our cats again. Pretty sure the cats didn't even miss us.

You can text, email, or respond in the portal. The sitters give you great detail on your pets bathroom and eating habits and medications. They also provide lots and lots of pictures! I was unfortunate enough to have an emergency while on vacation with no way to get home quickly or call anyone. Nelson and my sitter were absolutely amazing in handling the situation with urgency, care, and communicated with me the best they could given my limited availability. I hope I never have another emergency when I'm gone, but if I do, it's Denver Pro Pet Sitting I want taking care of my pets. Finally, they do their best to assign the same sitter every time. I really love seeing my sitter comment on my dog's health improvements since previous visits and makes me feel like they genuinely care about my pets and their well being.
