We've officially had Moon with us for 1 month! He is the best kitten we could have ever asked for and I am so grateful we got him. He is very sweet and cuddly, but also loves to play and makes games out of just about everything. Also, he is super talkative and makes really cute noises all the time. He likes to sleep on my pillow right above my head, and when I do my work he snuggles on my lap. This is a huge deal for me because I'm usually allergic to cats. We took him to get his rabies shot and microchip today--next month we will take him in to be neutered. We love him so much and everyone we know can't stop telling us how beautiful he is (we know it's because he came from Charodey!). Natalya is the best in the business! She was always willing to chat with me on the phone when I had questions and she even brought Moon to the airport when I went to pick him up. We're very happy with our cat. The owner was professional, courteous and kind - from the first call, the visit to the cattery and all the way through to the follow up calls after we brought our kitty home. The cattery was clean and comfortable and we were able to visit with the cats and see first hand the quality of her cats and the cattery itself. I wasn't enthusiastic about the food that was recommended - Lifes Abundance - but that was just because it felt like an Amway kind of setup. INCREDIBLE!!! I just wanted to review about my wonderful experience with Natalya and Charodey. Just a little background about my family... Prior to getting our beloved Kita, I was a "dog person" to the core. I never thought I could love a kitten as much as I love dogs. That has changed! I have been allergic to cats since I was young, so I haven't been able to experience the pure joy they add to the home! I got accupuncture / NAET treatments to fully remove my cat allergy prior to receiving our kitten, which has helped immensely! (I was one of the rare people that even reacted to Siberians) There is so much I would like to say, but I will keep it to my absolute favorite parts of the experience... Response: I contacted numerous Siberian Catteries and I could not believe how quickly Natalya responded! If I called or texted, she always got back to me immediately! I appreciated that SO much! I felt like I was in very competent hands from the very beginning! Service: I couldn't believe out of all the people that contact Natalya, every time I spoke to her, she remembered ME and my FAMILY! She remembered the details of previous conversations I had with her, was thorough and cared about following up with me after my Allergy Kit was sent out to me, gave me very helpful advice along the way before we picked up our beautiful kitten. We got our male from Natalya a little over two years ago. We are 100% pleased. Our boy is so beautiful and wonderful. He is our best pet, by far, cat or dog... and we have 1 other Siberian from a different breeder and two great dogs. Some people reviewed working with Natalya negatively. Now to the kitten , She is home adorable,playful, and want to be with the family all the time( specially when she is hungry ;) ). while it took her about 24-48 hours to adapt to her new home, however; it took her 4 days to get used to my 2 years old boy who wanted to hug her and carry her all the time . I recently adopted a kitten that immediately was litter boxed trained, intelligent, curious, and sweeter than honey. I purchased a kitten and within a few weeks he began urinating in one area of my home. I know this is not necessarily anyone's fault but the owner put all blame on me. Apparently, you "need" a $500 litter box or you are a bad cat owner. When I called to discuss this With Natalya she was angry and told me I ruined her cat. "Bring him back" she demanded. I did and still worry about him. In all honesty she had more than 50 cats at her home. Some outside in cages and the rest in her basement. I can say she gave me $1000 of my $1250 back. We recently collected our beautiful kitten from Natalya at Charodey. The vet says he's extra beautiful, super healthy & going to be BIG! He's been brilliant from day one. Travelled in carrier quietly. Used litter boxes immediately (not a single accident). Slept/lay quietly 11pm-6.30am at nights. He started in a small safe space as recommended, and within 2 weeks (each day we let him explore a little further) was at home in our 2800sq.ft home. He plays & purrs a lot. He enjoys a cuddle after play & food or 1st thing in mornings. He comes to inspect guests & is cautiously friendly with them. He Loves feathers and his cat senses toys, 6'3 cat tree (one of his favorite sleeping places & hangs out in it hours in the day) & paper tissue balls. I am so happy with Charodey Siberians, and our new kitten. There was a wait list, but it was worth the wait. The owner is very good at communicating, and gets back to you almost immediately. She also clearly cares about her cats, and wants them to go to good homes, not just any home. She gave us a lot of information, and a long tour of her facility (an entire floor of her home). She also let us meet her adult cats (our kitten's parents and grandparents!). I wasn't expecting it, but she gave us a bag of cat items to help us get started, which was great. Our new kitten is very healthy, and very sweet. Our Vet was impressed with her health records, and the care she was given in the first 10 weeks of life. 6 years ago I purchased an adult female Russian Siberian cat from Charodey. When we purchased our cat, it was clear right away that our cat had been trained to gorge buffet style around other cats in small and unsupervised rooms. She had a serious overweight issue. During our 6 years with this cat, we have struggled to adjust her to a normal non-catery lifestyle. She continues to gorge and overeat at every single small and supervised meal. She continues to struggle heavily with being overweight. She eats so fast that we struggle to balance the diet of our other Russian Siberian, who does not overeat and chooses to snack throughout the day. It is clear to our family that our cat was improperly raised for three years in Charodey Siberians, and we worry that other adult cats suffer from the same issues at this particular cattery. I am sure if you purchase a kitten, they will not have this problem, but their adult cats do not live normal healthy lives. I would not return to the cattery ever, and I am saddened each day by the way our cat was treated at Charodey. read more

One week ago we picked up our gorgeous little kitties from Charodey Cattery, and we could not be happier! From the first time we visited the cattery, we noticed how clean, well maintained, and loved both the kittens and their surroundings were. We visited 3 times to first meet the breeder and look at the conditions, meet our kittens, and then pick them up, and it was a comfortable environment to be in. Working with Natalya was enjoyable and easy to do, not only did she answer all of the questions we asked, but she also added follow up suggestions and information that we found extremely useful. When our kittens were ready to be picked up, we were unable to pick them up because of vacation plans, and Natalya was very understanding and willing to give us an extra week of care while we were away. When we finally picked them up, they were clean and maintained, and Natalya gave us all of the necessary things we need to care for our kittens. I have nothing but praise for Natalya and the Charodey Cattery. 4 years ago we visited the cattery to see how well our kids (who were allergic to cats) would do with the Siberian breed. Plus, we were looking for a cat to interact with our kids. We had a Devon Rex that wanted nothing to do with our children. We were impressed at how well the cats and kittens were taken care of at the cattery. We ended up purchasing a female kitten who has been a wonderful addition to our family. It was amazing watching her interact with our older cat (gentle and knew the boundaries). She has grown into a beautiful cat. She is gentle and loving to everyone. This past year our Devon Rex passed away. The vet recommended we get a kitten to keep our cat from getting depressed. We knew we needed to go back to Natalya. I sent her an email but she called to make sure we were all doing okay from the loss of our Devon Rex. Then she helped us get ready to pick out our new kitten. She sent us updated pictures all the time so that we could watch our kitten grow. When our family came to pick up our new kitten, she changed her schedule around to accommodate our tight schedule. We had a great introduction to our new kitten and were given a wonderful care package. Our new kitten fit right in and is a wonderful companion to our cat. Two excellent experiences with Natalya.
