Fine, I had an event at 630 so they needed to be out by 6. I told them I didn't know if a deep clean would be possible. Well, they took my deep clean money ($300 with tip) and did NOT do a deep clean job. So many of the things they said they'd do, they didn't do. They were 30 min past 4 so only cleaned for 1.5 hours. So much dust left everywhere, notable dirt left in places that should have been swept, many surfaces left uncleaned, lots of implements in the bathroom not cleaned at all. Didn't wipe down the sink or its cabinets. Found stuff shoved under a rug in my living room/pushed under my sink. Just not at all "deep clean" quality. I should have refused to pay full price but I felt bad. Either way, would not recommend this group, their work is shoddy/inconsistent at best.

The house had not been touched in a long long time. When they left it was sparkling! The carpet was cleaned but it was clear to me it needs replacing as it was cleaner but several areas could not be brought back fully.
