Within three weeks pool is full of green algae. Tech sells me $150 phosphate treatment and $150 new pool cartridge. Pool still looks awful. Hired Ahrens Pool - they come out and pool is sparking within 24 hours, I have to replace brand new pool filter cartridge that phosphate treatment ruined.
