This is the second time in 2.5 months that my pool has turned completely green under their services (first time was around April 20). My pool started turning green late on Friday 6/30 (it was "serviced" Monday 6/26). I understand it was a holiday week, but after calling on Monday (my normal service day) to tell them my pool was green, I received an automated email saying my regular service day was changing to Tuesday except during holiday weeks (and July 4th was on a Tuesday). The tech shocked my pool on Wednesday and didn't properly close up the pool filter properly because now it's making noise like air is coming out of it, the jets are not fully pumping like normal, and my pool vacuum is more sluggish than before the tech was there. I called this morning (Friday 7/7) to see if a tech was returning and I was reassured that someone was scheduled. Just arrived at home at 5:30 (after normal service hours) and this is the state of my pool. Now it's been a full week that I haven't been able to use my pool and it's extra disappointing that it happened on a holiday week when I had company over and we planned on using the pool. I have called "Patrick" multiple times and left a message and have not received a reply. Really hoping you answer me, Patrick, because your company needs to rectify this situation. Update: your tech arrived this evening to clean the pool and address the mechanical issue. Still not thrilled that I couldn't use my pool all week, but at least he showed up when he was scheduled to and acknowledged that the person who took over his route was doing a poor job. Did mutter about "not liking" the piece of equipment I upfront specifically arranged for them to look at and then did nothing with it. I spent a few minutes myself looking at one of them and determined that a check valve was stuck closed. I spent another few minutes looking at the piece of equipment I asked them to and then the manual online and then solved that problem - actually it also solved the third problem as well. They did refund the majority of the cost. Agree it is rare equipment but it was specifically mentioned up front. Also, still no idea why the acid feeder wasn't worked on.

Finally, they are not remotely salesy and happy to provide all the information you need whether you buy or not and their pricing is competitive. I'd recommend them as the best in the area.

Our pool was damaged by hurricane Ian after the pool screen ended up in the pool. The pool had been…read morerepaired but the repairs were visible. The pool surface was also discolored from age. We engaged Blue Tropix to resurface the pool with excellent results (see photo). The process was explained and when the resurfacing was completed they did the startup as well, which is important. They took over one year to complete my pool, when they promised at contract signing that it would "only take a few months". Completion should have been in June, but didn't happen until 10/31. Lots of blaming the county, blaming other contractors, blaming Ian (which happened a few years earlier), etc, etc. The workers just show up unannounced, which is alarming when they appear in your backyard without prior notice. Once the pool cage was up, they'd also just walk right on in. Extremely unprofessional for them to not bother knocking on the door to alert you they are there to work. Shoddy work (one part has failed twice already). They also don't know how to get the control panel to work with the app (which the sales guy said was "so easy to do"). This company has also called me a liar to prospective new customers. It's extremely unprofessional for them to do that. If any of you all want proof, I have tons of email and text trails showing that this company royally sucked and didn't do their job professionally, nor on time. And to call me a liar for letting the world know about the terrible experience I had...they are horrific. When you have loads of negative reviews about a company, it really tells the story. And that story is .... *THIS COMPANY IS THE PROBLEM*, not me or anyone else that's trying to warn you to stay away from them.
