Did mutter about "not liking" the piece of equipment I upfront specifically arranged for them to look at and then did nothing with it. I spent a few minutes myself looking at one of them and determined that a check valve was stuck closed. I spent another few minutes looking at the piece of equipment I asked them to and then the manual online and then solved that problem - actually it also solved the third problem as well. They did refund the majority of the cost. Agree it is rare equipment but it was specifically mentioned up front. Also, still no idea why the acid feeder wasn't worked on.

However later we found out that it doesn't worth the money we paid. The guys who took care of our pool are new, don't have any experience or knowledge about what they are doing. Couple times they forgot to turn the valves back on after they were done with "cleaning". The guy just left 3 minutes ago and here is my pool, didn't even bother to brush it. It is my last day of service with that pool company!

Building a pool is a big investment with lots of decisions, but they helped make a tough process go smoothly. We always felt like our project mattered. Even though ours could be considered a fairly average build, they treated us like we were building a luxury pool. Amanda and Steve helped us put the design together and find financing. We appreciated their amazing ideas and abundance of patience...especially since we changed our minds a few times. Zach was our construction manager who brought the dream to reality. Stephanie also deserves a special thank-you for keeping us informed throughout the process. There were a few hiccups along the way, as you'd expect with a construction project, but they were all addressed. We appreciated knowing that when something came up, the team would work through it with us. Now that it's finished, we love how the sun shelf, waterfall, blue tile, and pavers all came together. It has completely transformed our backyard, and we're enjoying it every day. We're so glad we chose DuWet and would absolutely recommend them!
