We are thrilled to share our experience and extend our deepest gratitude to Trusted Pool and Spa…read morefor the extraordinary work they have done. When we decided to invest in our backyard oasis, we knew that finding a reliable and trustworthy company was of utmost importance. After researching extensively and meeting with several pool contractors, we chose Trusted Pool and Spa, and could not be happier with that decision. Their level of open communication made us feel valued as a customer and assured us that our satisfaction was their top priority. The construction phase did come with a few bumps and bruises along the way, as with nearly EVERY major project. However, the TPS crew always worked diligently to resolve any bumps and bruises to our satisfaction, and that every aspect of the project was completed with precision. We can confidently say their commitment to customer satisfaction extends far beyond the completion of the project, and even beyond their contracted warranties/commitments as they have been readily available to answer any questions and offer ongoing support. We wholeheartedly recommend Trusted Pool and Spa to anyone seeking a dependable, professional, and passionate team for their pool and spa needs. They have proven themselves to be a company that takes pride in their work and goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. Thank you, Trusted Pool and Spa, for transforming our backyard into our Family Oasis -- We could not be happier with the outcome!

I am so aggravated by your service since pool troopers bought out the company I was originally using for 2 years. This is the second time in 2.5 months that my pool has turned completely green under their services (first time was around April 20). My pool started turning green late on Friday 6/30 (it was "serviced" Monday 6/26). I understand it was a holiday week, but after calling on Monday (my normal service day) to tell them my pool was green, I received an automated email saying my regular service day was changing to Tuesday except during holiday weeks (and July 4th was on a Tuesday). The tech shocked my pool on Wednesday and didn't properly close up the pool filter properly because now it's making noise like air is coming out of it, the jets are not fully pumping like normal, and my pool vacuum is more sluggish than before the tech was there. I called this morning (Friday 7/7) to see if a tech was returning and I was reassured that someone was scheduled. Just arrived at home at 5:30 (after normal service hours) and this is the state of my pool. Now it's been a full week that I haven't been able to use my pool and it's extra disappointing that it happened on a holiday week when I had company over and we planned on using the pool. I have called "Patrick" multiple times and left a message and have not received a reply. Really hoping you answer me, Patrick, because your company needs to rectify this situation. Update: your tech arrived this evening to clean the pool and address the mechanical issue. Still not thrilled that I couldn't use my pool all week, but at least he showed up when he was scheduled to and acknowledged that the person who took over his route was doing a poor job. Looking forward to hearing from you, Patrick...

Starting such a huge project as installing a pool can be troubling, given the risks of hiring a…read moreshady/undependable company to do the work and the horror stories you hear. Thankfully, Elite Pool Designs put all of our fears to rest thanks to their amazing customer service, fair prices and excellent, high quality work. We previously had a koi pond in our backyard but, as the fish died out, realized we wanted something else back there instead. We reached out to Elite Pool and Cyndi and she came over the next day to assess our yard. As we had no idea where to start, she helped guide us through the whole process, connecting us with surveyors, tree removal experts and all of the other hidden things you don't think about when you decide "I want a pool". After the work to get the yard ready was done, we went to the Elite Pool offices to pick out the tile, lining and design of the pool. Cyndi walked us through the shape and features we wanted, and provided a very reasonable quote for everything, including, automation, a heater for the pool (hey it DOES sometime get cold here!) and a screen enclosure. Construction for the pool started in October 2024 and finished in late January 2025, and our hat goes off to Robert (owner of Elite Pool) for his help with managing the entire project. Crews arrived as needed and on time, and though there were some periods between steps where not a lot of work was being done, it was never unreasonable and given the holidays, totally fair. Inspection and electrical were simple and easy and now we are ready to enjoy our pool! For anyone in our same position, looking to install a pool from scratch but not sure where to turn, Elite Pool Design should be your first call, can't recommend them highly enough!

This company used to be called Aqua Doc Pool Company. Check out the reviews before doing business…read morewith them. Many reviews that are glowing about that company, are fake. They took over one year to complete my pool, when they promised at contract signing that it would "only take a few months". Completion should have been in June, but didn't happen until 10/31. Lots of blaming the county, blaming other contractors, blaming Ian (which happened a few years earlier), etc, etc. The workers just show up unannounced, which is alarming when they appear in your backyard without prior notice. Once the pool cage was up, they'd also just walk right on in. Extremely unprofessional for them to not bother knocking on the door to alert you they are there to work. Shoddy work (one part has failed twice already). They also don't know how to get the control panel to work with the app (which the sales guy said was "so easy to do"). This company has also called me a liar to prospective new customers. It's extremely unprofessional for them to do that. If any of you all want proof, I have tons of email and text trails showing that this company royally sucked and didn't do their job professionally, nor on time. And to call me a liar for letting the world know about the terrible experience I had...they are horrific. When you have loads of negative reviews about a company, it really tells the story. And that story is .... *THIS COMPANY IS THE PROBLEM*, not me or anyone else that's trying to warn you to stay away from them.
