I purchased a 2018 suv from him thinking he was very honest and forthright about the vehicle. It took 2.5 weeks to get it from him after we purchased it. It was "at the mechanics" getting a new front camera installed and fixing a check engine light. I should have walked away then but he assured me the car would be 100% when done. A few days after we had it I brought it to my mechanic to inspect. They found many issues. It was there for 3 weeks! Got it back and 2 weeks later brought it again to them for another engine light. Then again 3 weeks later for another issue. The rear end was vibrating so badly it was unbearable. The rear driveshaft was damaged from a previous accident (this is a rebuilt) it was never properly aligned (by his mechanic) and damaged so after we drove it a bit it started to come loose. This could have been catastrophic! I've put $2500 into it after driving it for less than a month in total and only around town! How is this acceptable. I called the dealer and he said I bought it as is. He was completely dishonest with me and sold me a pos. Not to mention he didn't even fill out all the paperwork correctly. I had to go back and have him redo all the paperwork for the DMV. They said he didn't know what he was doing and that I had to have him redo it all for them to be able to register the car. I do not typically write negative reviews but I don't want someone else experiencing this or being taken like I was. He should not be selling cars in this condition. It's disgraceful and dishonest.

She quickly got my truck in and the mechanics were able to make the necessary repairs. The repairs took about 5 days for all that needed to be done which was quicker than I expected and was on original ETA. I ended up flying back the following week and picked the truck up to drive back. Crystal had the truck ready and waiting for me and made the entire transition seamless and smooth. I've never been to a dealership where the staff took the time to do everything right while communicating the entire process along every step. We definitely need more Crystals out there in the way she handled customer service. Absolutely 5 star service here.
