Don't walk, RUN away from this place…read more I could not be more disappointed. Took in some suit pants (not the coat, just the pants) to have them get a simple small salad dressing spot out. They came back with all of these black spots all over the pants on all sides that looked as if the fabric had burn marks. They were not there before. I had them re-do the pants, and they came back even worse than the first time. I asked them to re-do them again, and this time they got the black spots out, but they came back with discoloration in the fabric, all of these awful splotchy color patterns. The fabric is literally a different color now and doesn't match the suit coat. I asked them to have the manager call me. They said they would. They kept the pants there - I wanted to make sure the manager would be able to see them for himself. After a week, no one had called me. I went in and talked to them again - she said for sure this time a manager would call me or I was welcome to drive to Draper and find him myself at their other cleaning facility. Not having time to do that, I left the pants there and said I would prefer to have him call me. Two weeks later no one had attempted to contact me about my destroyed pants. I went in and picked them up. They are ruined. So after THREE failed attempts to get these properly cleaned and pressed, they are not discolored AND DON'T MATCH THE SUIT COAT. They informed me it would be 4 to 6 weeks to complete. About a month after I dropped it off I received a text saying it was ready. The stains on her dress, which had accumulated during a jubilant reception almost a year ago, were gone! The dress was returned, immaculately preserved, in a beautiful presentation box. While you can go inside to drop things off or set up an account, their drive-through service is perfect for jetting in and out of your errands as quickly and conveniently as possible.
