I have worked with her three times now--twice for professional wear, and most recently for the biggest occasion yet: finding my wedding dress. Tannya is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is incredibly organized and attentive to your style goals, but she also knows how to gently push you out of your comfort zone and surprise you in the best way possible. Throughout the entire process, she makes sure you feel confident, beautiful, and fully supported. She is honest, sweet, and simply the best! We went shopping at secondhand stores to hunt for my wedding look, and her eye for hidden gems is unmatched. To tie everything together, she helped me source all the perfect accessories--from jewelry and shoes down to the right undergarments--and even recommended a fabulous tailor to ensure a flawless fit. It is so cool to look back and see how she has helped me elevate my style over the years, leading right up to an extremely special day in my life. I couldn't have done it without her!

I previously worked with Tannya's company and had a terrific engagement, which is why I returned several years later. Unfortunately, this time was the complete opposite and, honestly, pretty shocking given my past experience. What followed was a series of breakdowns. I booked the service in September 2025 and, since then, have been unable to complete even the first of two sessions. Over that time: I was passed between three different stylists due to turnover and scheduling changes; appointments were repeatedly rescheduled or mishandled - my most recent appointment was booked incorrectly (wrong service length); a stylist simply did not show up; and basic preparation was lacking, for example, the stylist did not have my address and did not reach out until 30 minutes before the appointment, making it impossible to proceed. Despite significant time spent coordinating across their team and planning my schedule around appointments that never materialized, no service was ever delivered. When I reached out directly to Tannya to request a refund, there was no meaningful attempt to repair the relationship or take accountability, only a partial refund offer justified by "internal coordination and planning." This was a service I hired to make my life easier. It did the opposite. Mistakes happen, but repeated failures, lack of ownership, and charging for a service never delivered is not acceptable. I cannot recommend working with this company based on my experience.

Because Mellicia knows me, my style, and what I like, we don't have to start over each time I reach out. She's helped me over the years refine what we started together back in 2014 - sometimes my priorities or budget is different, sometimes my size and situation is different, but she gets it - she knows that that's how life is - and is always helpful AND supportive as she gives me these bursts of inspiration and guidance. Over the years, I've gone back for updated wishlists, closet edits (I choose to have her help me configure new outfits with what's in my closet in that moment - it's been so helpful to have a gallery of options on my camera roll for busy mornings) or the occasional one-off help with something specific for an event. All of these combined services that I can choose from takes the overwhelm out - it's like a menu of services that can be curated. Choosing from those services helps me cut through the noise and create options that just work for whatever situation I find myself in that feel and work just for ME, not just what's trending - and that's always been so important because I value my personal style, that she's helped me find! I've also really loved being part of her online community (Continuum) this past year - I'm so glad I've got access to this group, which is basically a wonderful community of women who share shopping and styling ideas, inspiration, gift ideas, tips and tricks - there are even moments to connect monthly live - as we put the tools and guidance that Mellicia has taught us all into practice with each other - it's like a force multiplier! It's been quite unexpected how valuable it's been. What I think I appreciate most - is that working with Poplin has never felt like just a one-time styling service, which is what I've experienced before with other stylists. Working with Mellicia feels like a genuine relationship - honestly, I can go a couple of years without checking in, and then come back for a little refresh, and we just pick up where we left off - like an old friend that gets you! Mellicia always meets me in the moment I'm in with zero judgment - and I'm so grateful. Looking back, this investment over the years in ME has been soooo worth it! In my case, I must not have portrayed well what I wanted, and they did not pull the correct things. The three hour fashion show of new clothes they pulled for my new look was all wrong. That said, Darcy bent over backwards to adjust their fee and was fully apologetic and workable in recognizing this was a miss. We all wonder when we pay $450 for a service if it will be worthwhile. First, in our Zoom consult she quickly understood the gaps in my wardrobe and the aesthetic that I wanted. Second, nearly every garment she bought for me fit well, giving me a huge selection of items to choose from. Third, I appreciated the range of styles she brought. Many were just what I'd asked for, and some pushed my comfort zone a bit. Fourth, she shopped at many stores and avoided that "store mannequin" look. Fifth, she found several beautiful, quality pieces that were on sale, so my final clothing tab was well under our planned budget. Sixth, she was very efficient with the in-home closet audit. We cleared out items that I wasn't wearing or didn't match my syle, and I have new appreciation for the items that I kept. She also gave me great recommendations for how to organize my entire closet, and I'm utilizing the space much better now. I ended up buying 12 pieces across nearly every clothing category. Now, stepping into my closet is a pleasurable, low-stress experience. Maggie was also a fun woman to spend 6 hours with, and I greatly appreciated her hard work, expertise, and companionship through the process. I would definitely work with her again. My only regret from this workshop is that I didn't take it SOONER! I work in Corporate Finance for a Fortune 100 company. My goal is to stay on the "fast track" and work my way into a C-suite position. Kim's workshop is designed for individuals who are serious about moving to the next level in life. She provided excellent pre-work/homework to get us to narrow down the qualities we want to most portray, such as "leadership, compassion, influence, or vibrancy/energy" to name a few. Then, we spent the workshop talking in-depth about these qualities and how to incorporate them into a "physical appearance" or personal style. Kim's workshop was top-notch and excellent. If you're looking to the "push limits" of your style and brand and/or be fully who you were designed to be, I'd highly recommend working with Kim Peterson. She's knowledgeable, passionate, and a true "champion" of people. I won't ever regret this investment.

Even before we met, Christine and Colton were incredibly thoughtful and attentive in their work to understand me and my wardrobe needs so that by the time they went in for the edit, I had total trust in them. I was specifically wanting help weeding out things that were no longer age appropriate now that I'm in my mid-thirties -- they did that and helped me identify styles and silhouettes that are flattering and not too young or too old for me. I've felt great wearing these new looks and have been getting tons of compliments ever since I did the wardrobe edit. Since I have a limited budget for clothes, I was a little concerned that I would come away feeling frustrated that I couldn't afford to update my closet according to their recommendations. It's an amazing experience to feel the goals in your life uplifted by the clothes you wear.
