I called their office number and left a message as soon as I had a work order number, about 5 in the afternoon. Within FIVE minutes of my call, Mr. McGreevy called me back. I told him about the leak, and he actually told me how I could fix the backed-up line on my own by hooking up a Shop-Vac to the outside drain line and sucking the clog out. He wouldn't have been able to come out for a couple of days, and gave me specific instructions. By spending just a couple of minutes talking me through it, not only did I save hours of dumping buckets and cleanup, but also the $100 trade fee he would've had to collect! They truly have your best interests and quick resolution in mind.

That repair even had the technician in our attic which had to be over 100 degrees at the time and yet, he was not deterred in anyway. We called (850) 208-2669 and talked directly with an on-call Service Technician, Dane Petti. He was wrapping up another service call, and he scheduled us as his next appointment. Even though it was after hours and outside temperatures hovered around 90°, Dane showed up less than an 45 minutes later with a smile on his face and the most positive professional attitude we've ever witnessed. Well prepared and evidently highly skilled, Dane fixed our system in under 15 minutes. The technician you sent out completely missed a clear and diagnosable leak. Another company found it within minutes. That's not a "communication error"--that's incompetence. You charged me $150 for a reset that did nothing to address the actual issue. Then, when I followed up to get answers, I was treated with blatant disrespect, repeatedly dismissed, and hung up on. Let's be clear: asking someone to "stop yelling" after ignoring them isn't customer service--it's gaslighting. You can talk about your 40 years of service all you want, but none of that changes the fact that your company failed me when I needed help the most. Had I not gotten a second opinion, I'd still be sitting in 90-degree Florida heat with no AC, all because your team couldn't--or wouldn't--do their job. I will continue warning others. UPDATE We had…read moreanother company come out and perform a leak check on the system. They were able to locate the leak quickly, it was the evaporator coil. Due to the age of the unit (less than 2 years old), it was covered by warranty and they have repaired it, including adding an additional 5 lbs of refrigerant (another $500) which may not have been lost if Energy Systems had bothered to have someone, anyone, from their Service Department call us back to set up a service call. All Energy Systems would have had to do to avoid all of this was return our call to answer our questions and schedule a time to do a more extensive leak check, just as their technician suggested on his service order.

Anthony was here a little after 8am. He was extremely professional, thorough and informative. He explained everything he was doing and even took the time to answer my general "how it works" questions. He identified the problem and had it fixed right away. After the unit was fixed I ask if I should go ahead and have the maintenance while he was there. He checked availability and offered to do it then or come back next week if it was more convenient. I had him go ahead and do it while he was here. We have used another company for the past 5 years with yearly maintenance. Today during the maintenance he found part that had never been cleaned or even looked at because it had been encased by the company that installed it. He removed moved a piece cleaned the pump which was full and starting to store moisture on the floor. If we had called a different company I don't know if they would have been as thorough as Anthony was today. If you need a great AC company that actually cares about it's customers first, this is the one. The prices were definitely fair, no attempt to up sale or offer unnecessary services.
