When I brought it back, they tried to blame "road conditions" and the age of the vehicle -- excuses that don't hold up for anyone who actually drives these roads. If they treat a Veteran this way, dismissing clear safety issues instead of owning their mistake, I worry about how they're treating other Veterans, seniors, and families who rely on honest service. A shop that won't take responsibility for a problem they caused is a shop you can't trust. I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.

First two times we only needed to have a title and picture ID and proof of insurance to get the vehicle from tow yard. This last time the rules changed and they needed a valid drivers license title and proof of insurance. We have not been able to register the vehicle as of yet because the local law enforcement continually tows the car illegally even though it has proof of insurance and moving permits as we have been in the process of fixing a check engine light on the sensors. With all the money and spent on towing costs over 1300.00 we could have had the car insured for another 6 months smogged and registered by now. BBB is going to have the complaint now. Hopefully all these fake 5 star reviews will start to diminish as their company certainly deserves to fail based on practices like this alone.

After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.
