Thomas miller is a scam artist , he scammed me for almost $5,000. I placed an order on a set or rims and tires and was told I would get them by Christmas of last year then said it was delayed until February because of holidays, then now he is not answering my calls or texts this is a scum of the earth and when I find him I will make sure he doesn't scam another person!!! read more

Took my car here while on vacation in vegas to get tires replaced. Tech did not look experienced snd even scraped my undercarriage on my m4 from the lift due to not paying attention to how low the car is tech was rude trued to act like it was no big deal. I allowed to finish due to me having to leave in the morning and I thought that was the last of it. Fast forward a few months later im going to get my brakes done by my main mechanic he call me and tells me the previous shop over torqued my wheels and 3 out of the have completely stripped. Now I need to get a whole complete set of wheels and come out of pocket for all this mess. DO BOT GO GERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR BECAUSE THEY SURE DO NOT !?!? read more

I have had my 2012 convertible SS Camaro since new and wanted to make it sound better, brake better and look better. I had them install a Corsa exhaust cat back, black out the rims, black out the tail lights install new slotted and brake rotors and pads. This car drove good before but now it is like having a new car. The sound and look is perfect!!! They go above and beyond to make it all work perfectly. Thank you J, Rick Spradling read more

Recently I got my wheels and tires replaced by this company. They're really on the ball and knows the ins and outs of the business. I had the pleasure to have met the owner Jay. He's very personable, kind and accommodating. Installation wise, you won't find a better place in Vegas who can get the job done any better than theirs. read more

THIEVES & LIARS.. STAY AWAY!! I purchased a vehicle from lavish motor, I made my purchase a year ago and I am still waiting to receive my title. When I first became concerned I tried calling everyday and finally drove down there where they were "closed for the holidays" for over a month. Finally I made contact with someone who feed me excuses and said "the title is on it's way etc. Etc." Now 8 months later I have still not revieved the title. This establishment is a joke and if I could stand outside and protest to make people aware to stay far away from these LIARS AND CON ARTISTS I would. read more

I was new this store after stopping by on my own decision, and passing by it all these years but never stopping in. I've been in Las Vegas for about 9 years now and I haven't had a better experience with getting work done. I've been to several stores before and only received below average service and had issues to deal with after. This time in particular I was getting my windows on my Lexus re-tinted and fixed that another store had installed a cheap tint that was high distortion and low visibility due to the quality of it. As far as the job they did tinting my car, spectacular work, simple as that. Nothing to be fixed, re-done, or deal with any other unnecessary hassle we've all dealt with at stores before. Ask for BJ, one of the managers, he's straightforward, upfront, and will give his experienced opinion on things which I appreciated. I highly recommend this store over any of the stores I've been to here in almost a decade. read more

We came here to get coil overs installed on my car. They got the parts however they do not do installs at their shop. They took my car to a hole in the wall place and got it installed there. Well comes to find out the place forced the coilovers in a damaged my axel, wheel bearings, and they cut my abs wire. The mgr steve at lavish showed no concern when I reported the problem to him and will not help fix the problem. He stood here trying to argue with me for over 2 hours. I will never return here or recommend this place to anyone. The owner of the company also refused to speak with me. Terrible customer service and they ruined what couldve been a long term relationship. And if I could I would rate them with negative stars read more

100% dissatisfied. I do not recommend buying a car from this place. I bought a BMW for close to $13,000, 83,000 miles. When I went to pick it up, Julian told me that the car is putting off a big cloud of smoke. He said it was simply bad gas and it needs to be driven around a little bit. because I was so trusting of Julian at the time, I took his word for it and decided to give him a chance. I drove the car around just as he said, then my HUD tells me that my oil level is low. I kept having to bring it in and out of the shop just to be told that I need to spend more money on new sensors. When I explained to him that the car is burning oil like crazy, he tells me that it's completely normal for German cars. Well, I was not born yesterday. The car basically needs a new motor. Either the piston rings or the valve seals are shot. I'm pretty sure he knew about this issue, and went ahead and sold it to me. He also installed these expensive Perelli tires upfront that are not designed to take the weight of the engine and the tire walls cracked. I sent him emails voicing how angry I am about this issue. His responses showed no remorse. Nor is he putting forth any effort at all to make this right. How does one expect me to give him recommendations when he is doing me like this? read more

Just bought some 22 inch staggered wheels for my Mercedes . Julian helped me out he entire process and was more then a pleasure doing business with. Not only did he have a Very upbeat attitude vibrant attitude, he took the time to make sure I found the perfect wheel I liked in my budget that I was happy with. He didn't try to upsell me or pressure me to buy. He provided an ideal buying experience for me considering I wasn't sure what I wanted. Best part is I couldn't pick between two rims and chose the wrong rims at first , I called him next business day and told him I changed my mind and it wasn't an issue at all. He made the call to the wheel distributor and had the change made with no problem or grief what so ever. Not to mention he through in an extra car wash for my other car that my girlfriend dropped me off in as yet another amazing gesture. Look forward to doing future business for any of my car needs with our question. 5 star experience for sure !! read more

Amazing experience and very professional staff. Took my VW Passat to get tinted, prior to making appointment. Staff took the time to explain the different options. explained in detail and catered to my needs. I got a great price for the quality of tint and on top they washed my car. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Bad customer service. The owner watched me help the tire guy on all 4 tires being changed and his son walked passed me 3 different times. I arrived at 1:15 and out at 4:03. At that they didn't balance my rims because they couldn't get them balanced. I've had better luck at the flight by night shops. Good luck with this shop. read more

I went into the shop searching for rims and tires for my 07 dodge ram, I met a great sales person named Steve. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and what I wanted. We went over budget and everything, he was awesome. However I did not like the way the "management" treated him and spoke to him while I was in the store. They were rude and Steve was apologetic over it. I would never deal with a company that treats there employees that way. I took my business elsewhere and got a better deal then what the management would let Steve offer me. The management at Lavish are jokes and should get out of the business that they are so called knowledgeable about. read more

The WORST!!!!! I purchased my vehicle outright in mid-December and I am still waiting for my title! I have called almost every week since mid February. I always receive the same answer, "it's in the mail. "It was also in my contract that they would provide a new backing to the drivers seat. I called again in mid February to see if it had arrived The individual who sold me the vehicle acted like he did not know what I was talking about, even though it was in the contract. Beginning of April the individual who sold me the vehicle stated that he had ordered the part; however, when I contacted the repair shop that was supposed to have the part and do the repair they had no idea what I was talking about. He never ordered the part. I contacted Miss Davis the owner of the company. I inquired again about my title at this point it has been over four months since I purchased the vehicle and still have not received the title. I can say that she did order the part, however, I still have not received the title to the vehicle. Stay away from this dealership! Especially if you want proof that you actually own the vehicle that you have purchased. STAY AWAY!! I had to contact the consumer protection bureau, the Better Business Bureau. Like I stated previously, I purchased this vehicle mid December it's mid May and I still don't have the title! It's bullshit!! They will rip you off if they can!!! read more

I stopped into lavish motoring as my last stop for the day as I was out shopping for rims with my girl for my new BMW... I could not find much on them in terms of reviews but it looked like a nice place from the outside so I figured I would give it a try... I was greeted by their manager, BJ and immediately felt comfortable... He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable on everything... There was more REAL one on one attention and care here than any of the other places I went... The pricing started off a bit high but after talk and negotiation, I decided that after all the places I went, I wanted to buy from him... Honestly, he beat or matched every price but one, but I liked him enough to spend a little extra (not much but still, the point) just to buy from him... He said two days on my rims to get them shipped... There was a delay with one of the trucks and because of the delay, he gave me a FULL (not partial, FULL) detail for FREE... That's quite a bit to give for free... The rims are absolutely wonderful (20" Asanti Black ABL-10) and everything went very smooth... I am even having look at doing more custom work for me... I asked him why there weren't more reviews and he said everything was under new ownership and so that made perfect sense to me... He has done a lot of changing there and it certainly shows... I highly recommend going to check them out... I will definitely be going back for more work to be done... This was easy to give such a high rating... read more

I've driven by Lavish Motoring several times and visited their website to find that they carried the brand of wheels I was looking for. My first visit to the shop was very pleasant. I was greeted by a gentleman named Steve who was very knowledgable about all things wheel related. I came in knowing what I wanted to strap on my Audi A7 but wanted to get his input on what would look good on my ride. Steve priced out several options of wheel & tire packages, suspension and all the combinations. They gave me some very competitive prices! I decided to go with some H&R sport springs and a set of Vossen CV3's 20x10.5 all around. Steve followed up with me during the whole delivery process, setting up a convenient appointment time and even accomodated for my busy work schedule. I am very happy with the work Lavish Motoring did and definitely recommend their services to anyone who's looking to step their wheel game up! read more

I found this place by accident but I'm glad I did. They really took good care off me. I needed tires installed on my car and their customer service is on level with Bellagio. The waiting area is like showroom with tv's and classic car in the middle. I didn't even buy tires from them just needed installation and their price was better than any place in town. read more

100% dissatisfied also! Purchased a 2006 Cadillac Dts from there. As I was driving it off of the lot, the electronic sensors went off for an error message. Julian told me it was because of a tire he replaced and if I drove it for a bit it would go away. 4 days later the error messages get worse, & one of them is "Engine power reduced", and car wouldn't run. Called him to try to return the car & was told all used car sales are as is, sorry, too bad. Julian did promise me to fix this particular problem so I reluctantly went ahead. 2 months later & 3-4 tries later they STILL can't fix this problem, and I'm being told that the next try is a $16,000 car repair. THE F****** car only cost $10,000 to purchase! Only thing I can get out of Julian is that he's through & finished, sorry. STAY AWAY FROM LAVISH MOTORING!! Same problem from them with another reviewer, Andrew Fisher, just after we purchased ours. read more
